I’m trying to figure out if an affiliate program can be made within a skool.
Skool is working on an internal affiliate program but no ETA yet. If you’re using external payment you can use any affiliate software to do so 👍🏾
What email marketing software do you use? I use ConvertKit, but I am not sure I'll stay with it
Im using klaviyo since I have a ecommerce background. But I don’t think its really important which one you use.. most of them now have similar features. Its more about what to actually write ✍️

I am about to launch a new business. What quick advice can you share on how you think I can include Skool to build my business?
Really depends on what business and what goal you have with it… i think thats too much to discuss here. DM me in the community or shoot me an email✌🏾
But I think skool allows you to send emails from the group directly.. isnt it? Why to make the process so long and full of friction if skool already gives that option?
Flexibility and data. You currently can’t track your skool LP and you can’t do AB tests etc. Its useful for people partnering with others, wanting to implement product sales in between or use ads and so much more

What exactly would you like to see in this course?
Have you figured out a way to do affiliates for your Skool community? It's currently the challenge I'm facing. Would a UTM solve it?
External payment processing + affiliate software. We are currently using GHL for one of my partners. I think doing it with UTM will end in chaos :S

What if my community is paid? Will this webhook automatically give the opt in contact free access to my paid community? Or will skool still trigger them to pay?
Hey John! Thanks for the question. The Webhook from skool will invite members without them needing to go through the application process, which means, that they will join your group without payment or answering application questions.
If you have an external payment processor, you can use this webhook to invite members who already paid somewhere else or got a special offer.

Yeah, I get that. The cool part is - Skool has an "easy" way to make the money. You can refer people to skool and get a 40% commission right now - for life. So if you use the skool games with a 14-day free trial - you only need to refer 3 people to make a profit in MRR already. With Alex promoting the platform, you can right now "ride the wave".
Now add a some paying members or a service, and you will be making 💰

so you effectively bypassed the Skool signup page, therefore they take no fees from you. Right?
It’s not about fees. It’s about data, flexibility and conversion 🙌🏾
Just some feedback that your automation did not work as described. I had to enrol to your skool group, answer questions and await approval. Required me to enter my email 3 times through the funnel.

It’s a great way to automate it but only if you are willing to accept to have anyone join your group that’s opting in.
If there's no limit get them in first then league table them out via inactivity over a 90 day window.😮

Let me know if I can help somehow. Make‘s learning curve is similar to webflows. A bit steep in the beginning but very rewarding afterwards. Also much cheaper and more flexible than Zapier in my opinion. But they are both great 😊
