Someone pointed this out on twitter. But notice when Blitzø was screaming at Stolas, Stolas was flinching and hugging himself tighter every time. They pointed out that its likely Stolas was having flashbacks to when Stella would scream at him. Blitzø is literally triggering Stolas's PTSD from his abuse from her, and thats why Stolas kept trying to get away from him.
Yup, and Stolas walking away triggered Blitzø's fear of everyone he loves leaving him, which is why he started screaming. The whole scene is a clusterfuck of them both doing the exact wrong thing because of their respective fears and I love it.
They were triggering each other. Blitz has abandonment issues and from his POV Stolas basically ditched him

Notice how when Stolas gave him the crystal, Blitzø wasn't excited or happy. He just kept saying he could do better. Even after being told what the gem does, Blitzø doesnt want to end the relationship with Stolas. But he has no idea how to express that. 😭

I bet he’s also not going to believe it does what Stolas said it does until he sees it
Also notice the very moment Blitzø processed what the gift was, he looked actually grateful even after he had the emotional whiplash from Stolas' poor setup earlier. It wasn't until Stolas continued on to refer to their relationship that Blitzø started to become confused and cautious.
I hope the two can learn how to actually have a conversation with breaks in between points so they can properly digest each other's feelings alongside their own.
"I can do better" is almost childlike in its phrasing. Blitzø is reverting back to his childhood self when he was so desperate to please his father. And now he's terrified Stolas will throw him aside with no care because he’s not enough.
I just notice that even his clothing are more childish than usual, with the bowtie and straps

Yes and why stolas also fucked up "wanting" a conversation and not letting blitz talk XD
@@themantsang Stolas wanted the conversation, but he didn't have any of his pills, so he was dealing with it outsider of his "normal" way, if you will. And after Blitzo dismissed his confession as "role play", that kinda just sealed the deal for Stolas.
I get both sides, though. Blitzo needs time to think, and they both need to deal with themselves before being in a relationship, but there were better ways this conversation could've been handled.
I just noticed Stolas takes his crown/hat off when he tells Blitzø he can stay if he wants to, as a sense of showing his vulnerability, but then puts it back on when Blitzø doesn’t take him seriously.
"I had doubts that this relationship would work."
Vivziepop literally confirmed it was endgame lol - also the way you talk about Blitz? Do you not understand him by now? Telling HIM to read a room? And to understand this? He literally hates himself and can't comprehend being loved by anyone...especially a prince. Everyone is always like 'boo hoo poor Stolas!' What about Blitz? What about the pain he's going through?
dude, I get you about people always treating stolas as if he's done nothing wrong, trust me, I do, but mikey isn't reading that deep into this conflict and isn't really picking sides.
"Blitzø, Ithink so very highly of you. I didn't realize you think so low of me." That line and Stolas crying are so heartbreaking. If they could just communicate better.

@@robertpresley1503 Yes they are. There's like three people that I see copypaste the exact same comments about the episode under every reaction video.
The rage of Blitzø and the sadness of Stolas... Brandon and Bryce did an amazing work here. The last 8 minutes of this episode were a masterpiece. The absolute culmination of they entire relationship. Brutal. The parallel of Blitzø now being left alone, at night in front of Stolas’s home. The same thing Blitzø did to him, is heartbreaking.

holy shit i just noticed 😳 when fizz was saying "we have some new prototypes" and on top of the code lock was ozzy's face, and the faces he was making as fizz typed out the code 🥰
Blitz was absolutely convinced this was all about their arrangement. He never entertained the thought of having a relationship with Stolas because he always treated him like his "plaything." Stolas didn't mean to hurt him, but he did. By trying to give him a choice (the crystal), he actually planned everything for him instead of involving him in the decision. Making him a part of the conversation instead of throwing all that at once. That's why Blitz exploded like that in the end; he needed time to process and felt dismissed by Stolas. The power imbalance plays a HUGE part in their relationship, so Stolas has to learn to see that.
I'm glad you don't side with either character because the point is both have flaws but both love each other. They need to learn how to communicate and learn about each other properly.
It ended as it started. Filling a bag full of stuff and under the chandelier.

I just want more people to understand Blitzos side of things, that line "after everything you put me through" has gooootta get people thinking of how Blitze job is based on him being forced to have sex with Stolas, I just wish he saw the relationship signs on that night at Asmodeuss club so it didnt seem as sudden.

I feel like they both needed this so they can have the chance of a healthy relationship in the future.
Especially Blitzø, so that he could see that Stolas truly cares for him.
Blitzø, to his understanding, was always just a plaything for Stolas. Even when they first met as kids, he was bought by Paimon to basically be Stolas's toy for his birthday. We see as far back as the earliest episodes of Season 1, that Blitzø doesn't enjoy being fetishized so heavily by Stolas. But he puts up with it anyway. So when Blitzø said, "after everything you put me through" it carries a lot of resentment of what he went through to please Stolas.
Apparently, there are about 150 U.S. locations where Quiznos shops are still open. Another 150 between Canada and Puerto Rico combined.
They both successfully opened up (with each other) for the first time! But the problem (or one of the many problems) is _neither of them are any good at openness!_
So Blitz heard the guy he's into who has given him huge mixed messages and he's pretty much given up on being anything more than a hookup confess his love for him and was like "OH! HE'S JOKING OBVIOUSLY, HE MUST BE JOKING! Well, don't wanna be ungrateful or make him think I'm not down, play along!" after he lived rent free in the man's head for 25 years and their first hook up started with "Oh how great that I'm having my first enjoyable encounter with my first friend!"
And Stolas heard Blitz vent frustrations he knew it would be fair for Blitz to have about their relationship AFTER Blitz responded to his life changing gift with "Wait does this mean you're breaking up with me please don't leave me I'll do better" and was like "OH, HE FUCKING HATES ME. DAMN. Welp, sucks to suck, time to give up I guess." because he'd equated Blitz having those frustrations with their relationship to BEING A MONSTER-
Anyways, my point here is the boys are not okay and they both need to talk about this in therapy, preferably with the same therapist, partially so they know these are both unreliable idiots who have no idea how the other feels, but also because it'd be really funny for me personally.

I’ve seen concept art about loona and Colin the blue cherub and honestly I would like to see how those two get along together. Also if you look closely he’s not like the others. He doesn’t like the violins and the steeling.
How can he not like violins they are a very nice sounding instrument and steel is a very good metal. Joke comment aside you were looking for violence and steal. Steal I understand even with English as my first language all the words that sound the same but spelled differently or the odd words spelled the same but spoked differently are annoying.

the scene in the candle shop really highlights blitzo's problem, because his desire for thing to be simple belies the relaity that NOTHING is that simple, not even sex. Sex requires intimacy and connection and understanding, but he cannot grasp that so he just tries to see sex in a vague, illdefined "horny", a nonexsitent idea that only he believes.
If you read the messages Stolas sent Blitz (when Stolas scrolls on his phone when he’s in the hospital), he definitely made attempts to deepen the connection, talk about feelings. And Blitzo told Fizzarolli that Stolas had been “faking” laughing at his jokes, calling him and asking how his day was, liking his pictures. When they went on their “date,” Stolas tried SO hard to get Blitzo to engage, and later, he told Blitzo they could just talk or cuddle, no sex needed, and Blitzo completely disbelieved him.
Stolas baring his heart to Blitzo and directly confessing his feelings was completely dismissed by as well (and in a particularly painful way). No, I don’t think Blitzo’s accusation that Stolas “sprung” feelings on him was fair or accurate.
Walking away was the first thing that finally struck a chord in Blitzo and made him realize Stolas wasn’t lying. I feel like that really says something about Blitzo as a person, and I bet we’ll see some background with him and his other relationships that will explain some of that.
I think it needed to happen this way. Blitzo only seems to be able to believe negative emotions. Stolas caring about Blitzo? A lie, a manipulation. But Stolas walking away from him, “dismissing” him? Yes, Blitzo can believe that. And now he’s on solid ground, he knows how to fight. Except Stolas just takes the blows and doesn’t hit back.
The crying was also very important, I think. He may not have expected to be able to hurt Stolas, but Blitzo is very familiar with unintentionally hurting people he cares about. He accepts that as truth immediately.
And Stolas sprung that on him and expected and answer right away. It wasn't just Blitz who messed up, Stolas did too and people are so blind about that. "Did he really spring it on him?" The answer is yes. Stolas has never spoken about his feelings. He has been cryptid about it af. Dancing around it. Not to mention, again, Blitz just hates himself too much to believe it.
Nothing has ever made me want to watch a Hazbin Hotel Reaction more than the phrase "Remember when I accidentally called Alastor Stolas in my Hazbin Hotel reaction?" and I only got into Hazbin and by extension the Hellaverse bc of a HH reaction.
This conversation between Stolas and Blitz made me cry so much 😢😢😢I didn't expect it'll go that bad. Hope Blitz will apologize during the Apologyzing tour

I think Blitzø came into this the way he’s always known, the way it has been. Blitzø thinks low of himself and thinks Stolas was letting him go because he was done with him. Stolas took how Blitzø felt personally on himself. I understand that Blitzø never saw Stolas’ attempts because he’s only seeing it now. And he didn’t want to leave Stolas. Stolas didn’t give Blitzø a chance to stay. Everyone says how toxic these 2 were for each other, but I didn’t see that, they need each other but had been acting out the way they felt their roles were. So Stolas changes it to how he wants it, but he never gave Blitzø a chance to choose him.
Biggest thing here though is if Blitzø wanted to leave Stolas, he would have just done so without any argument. It was Stolas that Made Blitzø leave. Idk but if Stolas is better off finding love with someone else, big power to him. I hope he’ll be very happy and get off the show because this isn’t Helluva Prince.
