    Who are we?
    Hi, I'm Jordan Rosendale. Five years ago I started this business, JK Juices, with my best friend Kelsey. Years ago Kelsey continued on to pursue her calling in life while my sister, Lauren, joined the team! Together we serve joy and juice from our little watermelon colored juice truck. Welcome to the adventure!...oh, and now we are opening a storefront!

    Bigger machine. Cheaper than a new employee in the long run.

    I would buy the bigger juicer because your joy is making juices 🥤
    And if you get a worker your loosing the point.
    plus if your thinking financially it’s a wiser decision 👍🏻
    Good luck❤️

    Coming from a person that owns a business, we had the same question in our shop. We went with the equipment first and it was the best decision ever. The equipment is the best “employee” we have! Be blessed.

    I feel like get the X-1 first then hire instead of hiring and then have to retrain staff when you get the X-1 because you’ll eventually have to get it - which by hearing from what you said you might need it for Apple Cider season.

  • @amazingpandx4809
    @amazingpandx4809 Před 6 lety +1

    The x-1 machine instead of hiring someone and wasting your own money on someone else. Just keep what your doing. And that's one more person to worry about. Always be careful when hiring people. Its up to you what ever feel right for you guys.

    remember when running a business you're always going to have to make difficult decisions. Businesses like people grow and evolve and what might have worked when you started may not work as you keep moving forward. I know you're brilliant and intelligent enough to do the right thing. If you're intelligent enough to calm me down and reach into my heart the way you handled me when I was upset. You're capable of doing a lot of great things and I have nothing but respect for you. You're very kind caring loving individual with a lot of good to offer those who you meet. Don't stop being who you are and I know you'll get through this

    Sooby happy Jordan and Lauren that everything is going so well , Jordan hiring another member of staff isn't going to produce your juice that much quicker were as the option of getting a new faster juicer is probably going to be the better option the fact the juicer is much quicker makes more sense it will also free up more time for prepping, bookwork, having to go purchases more product etc lots of pros to a new machine. Although I think you're also going's to need more staff eventually anyway as you are going to be a huge success and more staff will make you even more efficient as things get even busier. Best wishes from Ireland. xx

    You should get a bigger juicer number one bc like you said you’ll need one eventually Zander apple cider season is coming up and the x1 would help with the extra stress and make more servings at once also it wouldn’t be a sisterly business with a random worker and then you’ll have your vibe gone/just saying btw I love yall

    Invest in the bigger juicer instead of hiring someone right away. This way, you don't have to the extra price tag that comes with having an employee (s)

    I vote the bigger juicer and/or hiring someone to work the front of shop! You both could be in the back juicing, but have someone with great selling skills serving your guests! That's my two cents :D

    Hi Jordan! Wish you the best with everything! I've been following for a while and I was really curious if you would recommend the CT7. It seems like you're not using it as much. I was looking to get one this week since I already use the Sammic. Would you recommend waiting and getting an X1 Mini? You guys are awesome by the way love watching you grow!!

    • @JordanRosendalee
      @JordanRosendalee  Před 6 lety +1

      They are similar in output. I’d make your decision based on business model and which machine mechanically will fit your needs better. Do you need a food processor? CT7 requires one so it can be dual purpose. Will customers be watching you make juice? The Mini is cleaner and more front-of-the-house friendly. Either way you’re getting a great juicer.

    i have my own ice cream business Freckles And Giggles Hand Crafted Ice Cream we make our own ice cream and italian ice from scratch. we started with the small batch machine that only made 2 gallons at a time. but not we need more as the business has grown. so in stead of hiring right now we are buying the bigger batch machine that makes 6 gallons at a time less time in the kitchen and more ice cream per batch. i just found y'all last night and i have watched a lot of your videos so far. i love to watch people grow. keep up the hard work. you can see mine here facebook.com/frecklesandgiggles we are thinking about a store front but not sure yet we are still working off of our ice cream truck and we also started in May 2013.
