I went back from Lunargato 2 to Top Flex and it's just amazing. Same feel for the ball, but better traction, better comfort and also better support. I am quite injury prone and have had quite a lot of injuries when using the Lunargato, i feel the Top Flex provides just a little bit more support.
I happened to try both of these in store last week, and I gotta say it wasn't even close; the Lunargatos simply blew me away. The comfort and softness of the upper - right out the box - and the cushioning too was a tier of its own. The top sala competition simply couldn't compete. The upper felt stiff and cheap - though maybe it gets better with time after some breaking in. But my biggest gripe was the midsole: I really felt adidas was scamming it's customers using the Lightstrike branding. They felt like bricks underfoot, and had me wondering if there was any midsole cushioning at all! Really uncomfortable and nothing like the Lightstrike in several other shoes I've tried. So even though the Nikes were significantly more expensive I just had to go with them. Hoping they'll last me a long time! 🙏

More Indoor and Turf boot reviews please! 🙏🏽 I feel like a lot of the new outdoor boots that come out are really just new colourways and very minor upgrades if any. There’s a totally different y world of football out there to be explored with indoor and turf boots. Loved this video 👍🏽

For people interested in the lunar gato, maybe go with the react gato if you like a flyknit upper. I’ve had the react gato for over a year, and they are so comfortable
How durable is the upper? They look amazing, but i play in street also, so i imagine they wouldn’t last much

Get Nike streetgatos. They are designed to be worn casually but are also indoor boots
Go for the Adidas Goletto VIII. It's very cheap and a good shoe for futsal and casual too. Or Adidas's copa gloro and samba are good as well. There arent many Nike boots that can also be used as casuals tho

They really are. Went back from Lunargato's to Top Flex last month, it's on a different level really. More traction, more comfort, more support and in my opinion also a better feel for the ball.

Adidas needs to add more leather to their modern indoor options, even the Gloro indoor is just the toebox. The Mundial Goal is still the king
I'm eager to see how these two compare to the Audazo line from New Balance. My current shoe of choice is the v5+ Pro. The features look similar to the Nikes.

I like the leather feel of the gatos, but they just feel like they fit too flimsy overall. Maybe because of the hyper fuse mesh portion. It’s not responsive whatsoever

Lunar gato doesn’t have good traction on concrete, i think a shoe with deeper cuts in the sole will provide the best traction

I replaced my lunargato 2 with the tiempox proximo, even with it's k-leather upper, kept on going back to the lunargato 2, the goat leather upper is something special.
Is the nike k-leather phase out gonna affect the lunargato 2?

My Son just played a Futsal Cup Tournament and he went for the Puma King Pro It Sn22, an they K-leather toe box. They did well for 5 hour's of indoor Futsal an got a runner's up medal 🥈🦘🤝
