had a rodent scratching in the walls all night waking me up. I tried 5 videos and audio recordings before this. it got quiet Immediately. and has been quiet for 5 mins now. it's not bothering my dogs at all. but after trying banging on the walls and all the other videos I'm glad this is working. lol. owl sounds did not work either.

You are right, I had loud sounds one on in my phone and one came right up near me, I screamed, they don't work. I sprayed whole bottle of impulse perfume spray where I saw him, and doused hand sanitizer everywhere, hopefully smell put him off, trying this now.
When owls are in predator mode, they are silent. Yes, they can hoot to communicate or even shriek if they feel threatened, but when they come out to hunt, they are fast, agile hunters who generally stay silent.

Living out in the woods , tired if beating on walls and floor . According to Fish and Game there are 2 kings of rats a Norway rat that can get 18 inches long and a Wood rat that climbs trees and a little bit smaller. The rats are eating the house as fast as I can build it . Nothing to lose by trying this recording.

This got me in trouble with my landlord. I started playing this thrice a week on blast because it works for about that long. I don't have pets on my lease agreement, so he put a notice on my door. I tried to explain but he wasn't hearing it. He heard a cat and that's all he needs to know. I either pay the fine, deposit, and penalty for having a pet, pay the deposit and penalty and get rid of this adorable cat, or pay the penalty and move for violating my lease. But meanwhile, his free roaming pets he won't do anything about get to have full run of this place. Only in Murica.
Check with your local landlord and tennent agency, they might be able to help you if you tell them your situation. If he evicts you and you did not have a pet he is likely breaking the law.

Little shit ran into my room earlier, ugh 🤮 I can’t take care of it until the morning so I just figure if I’ve gotta be uncomfortable all night then so does😢 his nasty azz . So far I’ve done some high frequency torture, then I made it listen to the entire “mind is a terrible thing to taste” album by Ministry while I had him hot boxed under the bed, then we meditated together with 653 incense burning although I had to leave it to meditate on its own because I almost passed out from smoke inhalation. That was hours ago and it’s finally safe to enter again so now I’m blaring cat sounds and will return to the frequency torture when I go to bed.

Some of the posters on here have written about how their "mouse", or possibly "mice" & how they have stopped bothering them. ALL I can say is YOU LUCKY DOGS or should I say "You lucky cats, LOL . !! I KNOW what I have is NOT a mouse NOR even mice. What I have here is a RAT !! Quite possibly....TWO. I didn't know they can enter through a fireplace. Which is how they must have gotten in. Last night or I should say this morning, was the first time in three nights I had any sleep at all and those three hours of sleep, was just fantastic. So, thank y'all for sharing this vid with this BIG coward and believe me, I am a coward.....to the bone.

My cat popped it's head up, then left the room in search for the meow (I had it on very low volume)
My gf is in the philippines and has a rat in her room, I play this video from france and reroute it into skype so i can stream this cat for 8 hours in her bedroom 10 000 miles away O:)

Started playing this video as soon as the mouse sounds (knawing, scratching, etc.) were starting up for the season. I have had problems with mice here.
Mice seem to really like the kitchen, not just because of food supply, but hiding places in the dark.
I have flooded the kitchen with light. I have opened up ALL the cabinets and drawers, and shone lamps directly into those normally dark spaces. The lights stay on all the time except during the day when I am home.
They are nocturnal and HATE light, especially blue light. I have a 100 watt (equivalent) daylight LED bulb (daylight CFLs of high brightness are fine too). Lamps that will directly shine into the suspected hiding spots are perfect.
So far, so good. It is now late November in Toronto and no trace of the little demons. Knock (not knaw) on wood.

The neighbour in the apartment thought I had a depressed cat in the house.
I told her no, there was no cat; I was just playing a video!
Nonetheless, I stopped playing the video due to thin walls. But this may or may not have been the reason why the mice have not shown up this year.
And the temperature is often cold! It is usually below zero on the Celsius scale, and even the Fahrenheit scale at night this Toronto winter.
No mice, when I had them before when temps were not so low.
I have 2 -9w (60 watt equivalent) daylight bulbs in the kitchen. Got them at Home Depot for a buck a piece. If you are super unlucky you may pay 2 or 3 bucks each. Make doubly sure the bulbs are DAYLIGHT, otherwise you will make the all-too -common error of buying soft white. Opened cabinets so the light floods in where they seem to hide. They seemed to like a drawer in the kitchen; that has been removed. I took the light cover off so the brightness of the bulbs is at their maximum.
I also have an old seasonal affective disorder lamp that I shine into the area where I suspect they were coming in.
Also, I keep my home cleaner as of late. This could easily be a major factor.

@@vueport99 It's not so much that they are afraid of light, although that is possibly true.
They have poor eyesight, and rely on other senses. The light can possibly get in the way of them doing what they do; especially the blue light spectrum.
Good luck ridding yourself of them. But sometimes you need an exterminator.
@@chrislewis615 good exterminators aren't easy to find. Most of them just want to sign you up for an annual plan and come by once a month to drop packets of poison.
And cuz it's a banned substance you can't buy the stuff without a license. So basically I would be paying for a platinum home delivery service to come and toss a handful of First Strike in the attic and a bait station outside. It's a nice scam.
