    That was such a beautiful review! Thanks for sharing your story to this fragrance. @@Ya3niya3ni All my family are dyslexic. We think my lovely niece is as well. But to me that makes you extra amazing and have the ability to see shapes in 3D that non dyslexic people cant do. I use my dyslexia to create finished concepts. With the new packaging Had to visualise it before I sent it over to be designed. Thats the gift of dyslexia that people dont hear about. I may get words jumbled up but that doesn't matter when im making fragrance.

    • @BellumOmniumContraOmnes
      @BellumOmniumContraOmnes Před 4 lety +3

      paulius matonis everyone is raving about intense these days, depends if you like the punchy grapefruit and saltiness at the top vs the original. Try before you buy as they say, if I had to choose between the two I’d go with the original just for the slightly better opening. The opening of the intense is slightly more bitter if that’s your thing, after that both are very similar in the synthetic dry down. Performance/projection is also way better on the intense, the original is a bit lacking depending on the weather. My secret weapon however is the intense for women; wife ended up with a sample of it when these came out, I tried it thinking it was the male version. The compliments I got over that small sample were unbelievable from both men and women. It has been my secret go to scent for the summer ever since, and I own the majority of the “usual suspects” that most fragrance channels have in their top 10 spring/summer lists. Give this one a go, you may like it.

    Uuh ja, light blue is since many years my most worn fragrance, in the summer daytime mainly, just so perfect for this time of the year!! Since the intense version came out, i use just the intense one and luckily it's the light blue dna, but just more intense and a better performance (the EdT wasn't that good especially not in the high heat), it's even more unisex and for me, also even more sexy!;) glG from the ice cold austria to the UK, katharina :*

    I’m curious. Have you ever smelled Chanel Coco? Not coco mademoiselle. The original coco Chanel? I didn’t know this was a “woman’s “ perfume when I had a tester. I was immediately in love with the first sniff. I never smelled anything like it. Rose mixed with clove and spices floral and leather. I’ve gotten so many compliments. It’s an old school perfume. Not like today where it has to be loved at first sniff. This defiantly has a strong STRONG opening and then turnes into heaven.

    The scent profile is definitely unisex. Perfumer Olivier Cresp reused it when he created Versace Man Eau Fraiche, Paco Rabanne Black XS for men (my fave, wearing it right now!) and Antonio Banderas Blue Seduction for both men and women. The whole thing smells like green exotic fruity bamboo juice. I think that's exactly what it's supposed to be, a big fat bamboo accord.

    I never considered buying this because I thought it was overhyped and people seem to think the intense is better because it lasts longer but the same people say the intense is sharper - that’s the reason I wouldn’t like it as much as the original. I smelled a sample and was actually blown away, and that’s hard to do because I usually give away most of the samples I get because they give me headaches (anything Mugler) - I did smell Born in Roma Coral and it went from bright yummy fresh to a musty closet in 15 minutes on me, then it settled to meh - nothing great - which proves to me I can’t go by first impressions because the top notes that draw me in disappear. I’ve never witnessed a more rapidly changing perfume on my wrist. Actually boggled my husband’s mind too. Fragrance is a time machine. Lilacs remind me of growing up. Recently I smelled I think Linden flowers on a tree and thought if I could smell like ONE thing for the rest of my life it would be that - I’m surprised I don’t see that note in anything, unless it’s called something else.

    Hey, Aaron. Do you take students? I'd love for you to be my teacher. I get excited every time you relate and rate a fragrance because I can totally relate to the way you explain them. I've been experimenting with fixatives, aroma chemicals, pre-made accords (made a few myself), essential oils, concretes, absolutes, ect, for about a year now. I'm about to go about creating a realistic, yet ethereal, fresh, yet dirty, spring fragrance (although at my new rate of testing, it might take until next spring to finish). Also, a fragrance suggestion. Right now my favorite fragrance is Sydney Rock Pool by Arquiste. I think you'd like it according to your tastes (although it's more mineral than bacterial dirty).

      One day I will take on a student. I dont believe perfumers should be limited by money or having to go to a expensive French school.
