It might become part of canon, if not be nicely referenced in future Valve works (the same way how Running With Scissors treats the Postal mods A Week in Paradise and Eternal Damnation some referential love).

I like how the Xen Grenades are balanced in a way that makes sense in-universe. Objects and enemies get sucked in but some of the local fauna is spit out. Less spammable and more risk/reward.
Having finished it twice now and hunted for some achievements *generally one of the best HL mods out there since Black Mesa; it plays better than HL2.* Dedicated melee button, clear and functional squad movement controls, highlights on key objects and interactables from Portal 2, this mod's got it all.
Anything plays better than half life 2
It stands to reason that a 2022 mod would play better than a 2004 game, yes.

This isn't just a mod. It's a whole new game. And it's so good I can't describe it with words. The story, the map design, the action, new gameplay mechanics, everything is excellent about this. And I almost cried at the moment when Wilson "dies". I'm surprised that this whole new experience is absolutely free. The developers are either just that nice, or they have a very low self-esteem.
In reality, it's just a mod, npc.

I like the portrayal of the advisors here. They have a cold, calculated but alien like tone to their voice. It also sounds like they're communicating telepathically which is a nice touch.
The fact the level designs look like its made by Valve employees, we have to appreciatte the creators of Entropy Zero.
One of the greatest mods I've ever played. Amazing stuff, Breadmen did it.

Playing through this so far and LOVING it. My favorite moment has got to be with Wilson how you can chuck him into the water and have him explode and Bad Cop is just "Oh well" and moves on. Ironically I feel _more_ attached to him knowing I could just yeet him off the nearest pier if I felt so inclined but have the _choice_ to have him tag along.
Yeah for sure. Knowing characters can die gives them personality and makes them feel real, unlike the soulless NPCs from Half-Life 2.

Three hours 46 minutes in Bolloxed playthrough time, this is a big one. Entropy Zero was one of my all time favorite half life mods so this is getting a play _right now!_

I almost cried at this scene. The music and dialogue and everything was so sad. The way he called Wilson “buddy” really shows how much Wilson had an affect on him
I love the idea of Vortigaunt Zombies. Thought I think they should be more zombie-like in their behaviour.
Fun fact: the character with the least robotic voice in this mod is a robot.

I wanted to see a segment with zombines in it. Imagine devs being creative with their mutilated voices on the combine radio.
This is absolutely brilliant, story line, music, levels, mapping, amazing. This has a 10 out of 10 for me. Still keeping the earlier versions. Good work guy's.

As a person who always wanted to see a half life game where you play as the combine (basically an opposing forces but half life 2) this mod is the type of cake i always wanted to have.
This mod is what hunt down the freeman wanted to be and i'm gonna be honest, would be amazing to see Valve considering this mod as canon.

Absolutely fantastic. I am super impressed with the quality, map design, music, storytelling, action, graphics... It's a 10/10 for me, probably the best game I have played so far in 2022, it felt like playing HL2 for the first time.

This awesome mod might as well be canon! I think that when we are with G-Man and the building begins to break and flood with blue light that's the Combine trapping the G-man in the past, which would have connected the mod with Half Life: Alyx as well! Incredible work!

I love how the creators of this mod gave 36 so much personality and such great backstory.
CANNOT say enough good things about this mod; the combat is terrific, wonderfully balanced.
Brings so many new things for fans of the vanilla games to enjoy, and the ending is well worth the price of playing. A must try.

Having another story, the main character of a hl/portal type game actually speaking, and the well pieced storyline makes this one of the best mods out there next to Black Mesa Xen

@@MegaChickenfish If you get the chance to kick them you can do it to them either once or twice (rebels most likely twice) to disarm them, then you can apprehend them
@@louizeandrei Tried it and it works! Most of the time! It's not my fault some of them can't handle the might of The Boot (TM). I actually had one of them get their gun knocked away so he pulled out a crowbar.

Saw this come up in my feed and downloaded the mod, have to say, so far it's been awesome, and not even for just a fan made game, this is some professional level craftsmanship.

What if mister Walker and Wilson would be in the official half life lore? I convinced they are perfect characters and they deserved to be in a game... but... it's just a mod, but brilliant mod better then a lot of games in my opinion. I'm exited and I'm waiting the continue

The assault on the compound was one of the coolest things I have ever seen related to half life. Seeing the combine fully go off on rebels with synths everywhere is just badass, not only that but there are rockets flying everywhere, which can be super terrifying when you are playing.
They added so many new things while still keeping things fresh, they did such a good job with this.
We are happy for you, Bolloxed. It's been 2 Years, since you have a demo gameplay. Breadmen Will be Proud of You! 👏👏👏

This is way better then most of the official titles of today I just played half the game and still playing (still in aperture level) my god the graphics are beautiful and story is a amazing took me a while to under the controls and stuff but anyway I hope for the 3rd installment at some point entropy Zero Episode 1 n 2
I recommend this game highly for anyone that is board or don't have anything else to play

I frickin love the filter effects they put for the voices. Especially the Advisor's telepathic voice, that was quite unnerving to eventually realize that was coming from it.
U can carry the white turret from the clone safehouse thru most of campaign with wilson, u can alternatively bring them to places and come back for the other. Its godded and distracts enemies

Giving this game a 10/10 is disrespectful, it deserves some kind of rating that goes beyond the ten out of ten system. This game is probably somewhere in my top 5 games. Calling it a mod is limiting. Its basically a whole sequel/spinoff

The most satisfying thing about Entropy 2 is that you can actually experience how terrifying and powerful the0 combine forces is. fighting along side striders, hunters hunter choppers, APC and roller mines felt really good.

This actually looks and feels to an official DLC or expansion to H-L 2 that would've been something released somewhere back close after Episode 2's release in some alternate reality which is one of the things I love most about it

1,000th like! I'm soooo glad this game is out now, it's so good, and I can't wait to see what else comes out of it, be it in future updates or by deployments.
I gotta say what gets me the best is the callback quotes and the references to tv shows and other things from memes. "I wonder if its loaded?" *Tries to fire it* "Nope."
I like that small detail if you rescued soldier scar zero from captivity, when the gonome attacked and killed your team you can see in the subtitles that scar zero actually escaped and extracted out of the facility before the gonome struck, hence why your able to reunite with him later on
Great level design - weapons - visuals - audio - sound. GOT stuck at home for 6 hours straight before realizing I had to take a break xD
