Highy recommended, didnt enter any the ring till i was 41, 6 months hard training, and I won against a more experienced guy., on decision. It can be done, keep healthy.

I've known Frank since he was a beast on the Laney wrestling team and George was a 3 timer I believe. Even better people than wrestlers, which is saying a ton bc they are PHENOMENAL athletes. Alex you got a great team there brother. Love to see a couple fellas from Wilmington NC making a worldwide name for themselves
