hi, I practice aerokinesis and the tik tok video that you saw in which he moves a piece of aluminum doesn't work at all, it's just that when you move your hands with a little or a lot of force you can create strong wind without having to use energy, try to concentrate energy in your hand and you don't need to move them much, it's just to get familiar
I think it’s still aerokinesis in a sense since ur still manipulating the air energy, it’s just not as honest as the pure wind no physical interaction aerokinesis but it’s still aerokinesis
