i have PCT version 10.1 i'm trying to load a controller PCG 1611 with a firmware version 6.2 but it gives me an error, would i have to upgrade my PCT to a newer version?
Yes you are going to need to upgrade to the newer version
@@stevenhurst1631 I did upgrade to PCT 10.3 and then still giving me error also installed the packages files too
