My xml won’t convert to a module file, any tips?
We had a crash at main server for the BAS, will it be possible to find the old lisences somewhere or can it be provided from JCI. This is just perfect for us. We are not getting CCT up and running at the replacement computer.
Why not use the G36 DAP reset module that already exists?
Because that program uses a span block and does not meet the sequence requirements

The newest version of CCT (16) supports windows 11
How does the controller know the real time? Is that based on your computers local time once you download?
Yes, and I have tested it being powered off for two weeks and when I apply power back to it, the trends report the correct time without hooking it up to a computer
All other modules will be useless. Id rather make a custom program for this application. Also id use PID and Preproc for the control.

If you are a signed up Honeywell customer, you can find it on the Honeywell Buildings Forum if not you will need to ask your controls distributor for it.
I work for JCI and they have never offered me training like this. This is great.

I never can understand the hatred for the SNC I use the heck out of them as I can get way more bang for my buck them an CGM plus an expansion module and a display. From what I've seen 99% of the problems people complain about are PICNIC errors. Had a long talk with JCI at CBC23 and found out the next release of SCT will have a classic mode that will allow you to upload directly from CCT the way you can with an NCE.The NCE was basically an NAE with a controller slapped on the FC bus and housed in the same package, unfortunately when they designed the SNC they made it one unit and it kind made a mess of things.
Hi Great video there on SNC controllers, im using the same model SNC25151... i already manage to import the CAF file on SCT but when i download the caf file into the SNC the downloading process stuck at 25%.. Do came across the same issue as mine?
Unfortunately yes, I can usually get it to work 1 out of every 20 times are so. Make sure your firewall is off and disable all other Ethernet ports that you are not using for the download like the wifi, this usually helps. If it keeps failing restart the whole computer then try syncing first.

Question: when I connected my 2nd wifi N card/dongle to my laptop I can connect to CCT and use it fine. I connected my laptop wifi card to a know good Wi-Fi signal to connect to the Internet(so I can use team viewer) at the same time but I don't have Internet access now.(and won't until I disconnect from the map wifi) Is there something special I would need to set up as well to be on both networks at the same time?

Question about the hardware. I’ve successfully upgraded the caf file to replace an FEC2611 with a CGM9090 and downloaded the controller. The UIs aren’t reading (DA-T sensor) at all. Jumpers are all set to default. Am I missing a step?
First step is to check the wiring, second step look at what type of sensor it is and make sure it is programed for that type of sensor, in configure mode right click on the DA-T input and modify signal to what ever type sensor it is. Make sure you are not using firmware 8 which is 10.4 this is a known bug for that firmware. If all that doesn't work move the DA-T to a new input and see if it works, you could just have a controller with a bad input.

These just got installed in my apartment building. They have the minimum temperature set to 72.5 degrees and it's just way too hot for the climate I'm in. Do you know if there's a way to unlock/bypass this limiter and set it to a lower temp? It would be a huge help
unfortunately you would either need a MAP Gateway and or the software to make that kind of change, you can't do it by the stat, but if you invest in a small reading lamp and point in near the stat ( not too close that it could catch on fire) you might be able to trick it to make it colder.

on your workbench or supervisor it will be the windows user name and password, if it is a Jace, it is whatever the user set it at.

Hi , I'm one of your subscibeder , I'm working on PCG2611 controller currently had RTU program running on it , I would like to to replace the program to central heating/ Boiler , I'm able to discover the controller thru map getaway or old Bluetooth , I can read and write to it I can downloads the same program to it and check mark the main and the Boot if I want too ,, the RTU program on pcg2611 main 6.2 Boot 6.2 ,,,my ruining software CCT 15.0 release mode 10.2 firmware 6.2, so far so good But when I build boiler program and try to push it / downloads to the device ,,thru the commission summery its sees the PCG2611 when I hit next it will (CTT) start thinking then massage popup says ( please select a different device or different connection point to access this devices ) only when I try to changed the program but if I want to keep the same program and add to it such sensor or logic the downloads to it back will take it ?? would you pls advice me and let me know why , as usual I appreciate all your help .THANK YOU . If you have a customer that still has relations with JCI they can purchase a license for you. Tell them to get you TL-BUNDLEMS-0. My local JCI won't sell it to me since Im a threat to business. Little do they know there are ways around it.
