I found this priceless gem because I suffer from constant insomnia. I have struggled with it as a child, teenager, you adult and well into my 30’s. I found this soothing but in a melancholic- I really miss my childhood and the others kids in my life, and now I think about how we have all drifted apart in this ever growing, yet ever shrinking life.

I started having a lot of trouble sleeping a few years ago. I refused to take any pills for it, exercise started helping a bit but not enough to make me sleep like i knew i needed. I started a few months ago on Dr Andrew Hubermans non-habit forming sleep cocktail and it has made a WORLD of difference. Im starting to get such deep sleep now im dreaming again like i havent in probably a decade. You can find his recommendations with a Google search. Hes a well respected neuro-scientist and isnt selling anything, youll have to go buy the supplements on your own but im telling you they have changed my life for the better. Hes got some good advice on exercising when you wake up, dont drink coffee until after you exercise and never after 2pm, no alcohol (this was a tough one for me), and no phone or screens an hour before bed and an hour after you wake up. I know what youre going through brother and im not saying this is gonna be 100% cure-all but its worth hearing the man out. He went into all of this in-depth in his first interview with Joe Rogans podcast also, i forget the date on it but it was his first appearance

I must argue, the Shadow Temple music DOES NOT count as relaxing. I distinctly remember being chased by those, those hands! I would be almost through with the room and the hand would grab me. The music gave me PTSD lol

This is amazing! I love that it’s almost the entire soundtrack in one place! However, as people are stating and joking about, this is not one hour of relaxing music! 😅😂 Some of this music and accompanying soundscapes is exciting, mysterious, thrilling, spooky, unnerving, loud, intense, etc… not calming or relaxing or chill at all. 😅 Not to say anything about the quality, because it all slaps. 😊😁

That is not in the original Ocarina of Time. That song is from the 3DS version of Ocarina of Time. After the main credits play like in the original game, another set of credits play to give credit to the creators of the remake. This song plays during that second set of credits.
