I don't believe it because he is fighting Francis soon also Fury said he didn't want to fight him. He said after Francis he wanted Jon Jones. I wish he would fight Usyk but highly doubtful.
Fury says all sorts of dumb shit to gain leverage. Also fighting Francis isn't going to cost him anything on his body he's going to mow over him I bet he's already in camo for usyk if this fights been signed. He doesn't have to do anything special to beat an MMA star. Jake Paul's been coasting through them rather easily. You think people would start paying attention. Even Mayweather played with Conor till he wanted to end the fight and Conor was in his prime while Mayweather was 40+ not putting in a real camp at all. It's a different sport and if Francis could box he already would have been making millions boxing. The fact is he didn't posses that skill and chose kickboxing and MMA instead.
Do not be fooled by this... They did the same thing last year to help sell the Chisora fight. They're promising us the Undisputed as the light at the end of the tunnel in order to make us tolerate / forgive the Ngannou fight. Absolutely NO WAY is Fury going to fight Usyk that soon after a fight in the end of October. Be real!! If he does then I'll come back here and apologise.

It is not happening this year and very possibly never but i would love to be proved wrong.
One scenario I would luv to see happen is, fury fights Usyk next spring for the undisputed title, wins it, gets out somehow of an immediate rematch, and then defends his title against AJ at Wembley late next year! That would be incredible, a hell of a way for fury to end his career!

Here's the real reason why Tyson's not gonna fight Usyk.
Usyk right now is unbeatable.
He has the whole country of Ukraine behind him.
They are in war, a boxing match is nothing compared to war.
He is fighting for not only himself but for Ukrainian people who have lost their lives, hes fighting for injustice, fighting against Russia, fighting to show the world Ukraine is strong and fight till the end.
The MENTAL side of boxing is often overlooked.
Fury v Usyk forget the hype reality is it's a no contest Fury will decide how the fight plays out he can win it from range or use his weight and bully him on the inside USYK is a not a natural heavyweight FURY is 💪💪💪 tooooo big, too clever a modern day gladiator he will show the world of MMA that queensbury rules, rule boxing has a purity MMA can't match. And if I had to put my money on one of them in a no holds street fight Fury would not lose Fury is the Ali of our time gone through the mill and come out stronger and wiser no matter what you think of him he demands respect 😂
