SAT Vocab Makes No Sense??? Quick & Dirty Way to Deal with Weird College Board Vocab Questions!

    Today's topic is the Vocab Question, but a very weird type. Normally, the vocab should be asking for a word that is either similar to or opposite of another word in the text. However, with the Digital SAT, College Board has thrown in some questions into the mix that force us to do INFERENCE even while doing vocab.

    Commonality is actually the synonym of "replica". You missed the part between the dashes

    Sexy J, I am from Myanmar, and english was first introduced to me when I was 10. I feel like I can't understand the passage even if I know the vocab.Is it common? How should I tackle this problem?

      Don't 0verfocus on the passage. Read the question and answer

      Of course not. "Commonalities" means things in common; in this case, features of the ancient cities.
