I guess most people dont know this, but the opening was played by Cliff on bass, and is actually based on composition of Bach. This goes on to show how genius the guy really was.

Being based on the composition of another person’s work doesn’t signify genius per se, but Cliff was definitely a legend

The intro was actually done on bass guitar with a lot of effects :)
But this one sounded good as well. I liked it.

If it wasn't for Dave Mustaine in early MetallicA, they wouldn't be as fast, as popular and as well known in the thrash industry. They'd probably be another 80's hair metal band.
Ur wrong actually. they all hated hair and glam metal poser shit talking about girls and crap. But i do think Dave Mustaine played a very important role in metallica's sound and guitar work at the time.

1:30 - 1:50 -- This guitar part seems like to be shifted a bit. Like for one 16th note. It's either shifted intentianaly or guitar player loses one note at the end of the tact. I even checked it and compared it to the original track. But all in all, I understand it is a cover, and every human idividual has it's own vision on it.
Btw, would like to see you covering some Cynic/Death progressive stuff.
