@@avarasmussen9337 no, how can he have a bad voice he is a good imitator of the king of pop, but it is not a contest of imitators as far as I can see. As a professional singer musician myself, and as the great Barbra Streisand said the key to succes is to have your "own" sound. Ond thing is to have influence and another to imitate. I myself havd the influencd of Stevie Wonder Michael Jackson Barbra Stresand Whitney Houston but I don't imitate them
@user-wo8yf9uy4e Every Contestant on the Voice is imitating great Songs of especially Famous Artist (From Frank Sinatra to Whitney Hiuston), even through the entire competition. The judges help the Contestants to make certain songs their own, by adding different arrangements to songs. One a Contestant becomes the Winner with a Recording Contract, they develop their own sound... putting out new songs and music. I admire everyone who has the courage to show their talent, reasons why I judge many performances in a positive light. Your perspective will differ than mine.

I’ve seen Inger making this performance on several other videos where some of the commenters say she is lip syncing to someone else’s vocals. I don’t know why they say it. She seems to be the real thing to me.

Every single one of them was amazing but in my opinion, the best one was the first one singing, Michael Jackson’s earth song (which is 1 of the most incredible songs ever recorded). What a voice I am so surprised a record company has not snatched him up and signed him, because not only does he have one of the most incredible voices I’ve ever heard, but he’s also very good looking so he’s easy to market to the world

I really like the guy with the long hair also..... I wish they would put their names on the screen and keep them there so we can go and follow them on social media, but most people who post these videos won't even put the names of the singers 🙄
Agreed. They are in the video description, but it would be much better to put them on the screen. They're normally on the screen during the actual show, so they must be taking them off for the compilation, which is odd - and unfair to the artist (because, as you rightly say, they're missing out on new fans/followers/subs).

There were a few of these where the judges went crazy over that I thought were terrible. The guy who butchered 'Radioactive' and the girl who screeched through 'Somebody to Love Me' were terrible!
This judges want to be center of attention , this isn’t about them , way too emotional for my taste, let them have their moment without interruption.

I totally agree. I've always thought these global coaches are easily impressed by even the less impressive singers, solely because they like a song. I like watching the variety of singers and voices, good or bad, but think these coaches are rediculous
What are they impressec by?
First lines are enough to identify what kind of Vocal and tonal quality one has. Especially when they hit the right notes. Sometimes they can tell this from the first word alone so leave that to the experts.
100%. I'd add that coaches (and people in general) in non english speaking countries tend to overrate english auditions, even more if the song is a classic that was a big hit in the past.
