St. Faustina's quote used in today's lenten reflection is taken from her diary: Suddenly I saw the complete condition of my soul as God sees it. I could clearly see all that is displeasing to God. I did not know that even the smallest transgressions will have to be accounted for. What a moment! Who can describe it? To stand before the Thrice-Holy God! Jesus asked me, Who are you? I answered, “I am Your servant, Lord.” You are guilty of one day of fire in PURGATORY. I wanted to throw myself immediately into the flames of PURGATORY, but Jesus stopped me and said, Which do you prefer, suffer now for one day in PURGATORY or for a short while on earth? I replied, “Jesus, I want to suffer in PURGATORY, and I want to suffer also the greatest pains on earth, even if it were until the end of the world.”

Hi Ken and Janelle it is Antoinette.. Janelle, it was so comforting to know someone else has a fear of purgatory. I don't think I would be as brave as Sister Faustina either, to say I would suffer on earth and purgatory. Purgatory frightens me. You both gave a wonderful talk. A talk that mixed humor with great teaching. God Bless you both.
She was not afraid of suffering esp for poor sinners. She truly was a living saint.

Our merciful Lord won't show us anything we can't handle .... and yet what is revealed when you ask is daunting and painful .... I'm grateful for another day to attempt the work of unification
I really like the way you bring everything into the every day things of life and the way we all experience most everything no matter our station or circumstances in life.
If I’m faithful to my seven sorrows rosary within days I start to have flash backs of sins. For lent I added the daily recitation of the 7 sorrows rosary and once again Our Lady is making good on Her promise to illuminate our conscience.
I want to become saint. Mother Mary please reveal what I need to work on and how to overcome my vices. 🙏
I pray often for the souls in purgatory. So many people forget it exists! Part of my Lenten exercise is the examination of conscience. This is much harder than it seems. It really calls for removing the expectations/desires of the world to knowing the true desires of Jesus. I pray daily for my eyes to be opened to those areas that need growth.
Thank you so much for this sharing. It is really easy to be patient when there’s no one to wait upon. I have been tried and still experiencing trials in life. I pray for God’s grace and guidance to strengthen my faith and trust in Him🙏

Another excellent reflection! What a great time to also reflect on sin when our world, appears, to have been overtaken by evil. Now evil appears good and good is evil. It is essential to reflect on sin especially in the context of how is has offended God. I especially liked your words on Purgatory, as well. So many deny Purgatory, even Catholics. I have tried so often, even with scripture readings, to show that Jesus spoke of Purgatory but to no avail. Many are closed minded to the idea. Anyway, thank you again for your important and inspiring words.

I tend to be very hard on myself and somethings think that God doesn’t see me this way. I hope God sees me in better light than I see myself. And I also relate to my kids pointing out my faults.
I appreciate it more than you know, how transparent you both are. Your transparency is so humble. You both are helping me see that you can serve God and not have to be perfect. Only Jesus is perfect. Thank you Ken and Janelle- I pray your Purgatory Chaplet, Litany and Prayers each night. I so love praying with you. I’ve felt a strong calling to pray for the Holy Souls who are suffering and can’t pray for themselves. I don’t know why-🙏
I am not entirely sure how to reconcile these two extremes: that God loves us on one end and that love is so difficult, life is so difficult on the other end that it doesn't bring happiness, only desire to not exist.
I struggle with this a lot. Being told God loves, but not feeling it, just feeling like life is such a challenge and misery that it doesn't make sense to me why we would even be given life. I get 'split personality' over this issue.
I guess I have trouble reconciling the teaching that confession removes our sin, that God doesn’t even remember our sins after our confession (they are as far from the East is from the West, right?) and yet we’re going to be called to account for every tiny sin.

we must be aware of some of these private revelations . If we love, that is of course to will the good of the other. No way will a person who loves face purgatory. I hope this video helps. I wish more Catholics would wake up.
Be aware of private revelations. If we love, and to will the good of our neighbor, you will not face purgatory. The person who loves cannot go to purgatory.

It was years ago Since I began my Daily Devotions to St Bridgette's 15 prayers and read her book, also to the 7 Sorrows of Mary Rosary, and then listened to your channel Catholic Minute's Healing from childhood wounds and forgiveness meditation which was deeply intense for me! and then later, Fr Chad Ripperger taught Us
about Our Lady of Sorrows years ago and since I spent entire weekends repenting to God and pleading Jesus and also Our Lady of Sorrows after pouring out my heart felt contrite prayers from my remorseful soul.
By the Grace and Merct of The Trinity of God ,He Transformed and delivered me from multiple wounds that I had forgotten about but needed to acknowledge in order for me to Forgive and bless that person who wounded me unjustly!
I continue to ask Our Lady to show me her ways when she suffered so much and beyond and she still LOVES US and is such an amazing perpetual prayer vessel giving us extensions of mercy on our lives.✝️🛐
That reflective Healing Meditation is especially and vitally Needed NOW AT LENT and DURING THESE DARK EVIL OCCURRENCES 🌎 We live in with our children😔✝️🙏🏼🛐

It really hit home big time when I listened to Saint Faustina's Experience of Purgatory and Hell, a few years ago, when JESUS took her there.
I too would prefare to do most of my Purgatory on earth, by the Grace of GOD. Please GOD.

If after looking into St. Faustina’s soul and sentencing her one day of burning in Purgatory, I can’t imagine how long I will have to suffer. I try every single day and every single day, I fail. It’s horrifying. The thought of purgatory is horrifying. I say the act of contrition every day along with my morning prayers. Pray, pray for ourselves, our loved ones, and each other.
Please be aware of private revelations. God is not a God of fear. If we have loved all our lives, no way would we face purgatory. Also, be aware of those who say. “ all of us are going to face purgatory.”… that is a lie from the pit of hell.

At Christmas, I asked God to show me my sins,after years of no confusion!! The entire month of January 2024 God should me ever single sin!! I was mortified and wept& prayed all January 2024!!
After that I called for a priest to make a holy confession!! I wept const during my confession, I felt so ashamed that all of heaven had seen my filthy dirty sins and the additional pain I caused jesus in his passion and death with my sins!!
IT WAS ALL WORTH IT,as my priest forgave me my many sins!!
Would not exchange that for anything!!!

You can do little or big sacrifices of giving up pleasures or goods for love of God (examples: fasting, giving up things we enjoy, acts of charity and good works in the name of reparation)
How do we do reparation is a topic all its own.
Holy Face chaplet is specifically reparation to the Holy Face of Jesus in reparation for blasphemies
