She was with Dr. Who of course. Lucy's voice surprises me. Much deeper than I had expected.

It was in Agatha's autobiography that I concluded that she had reached sort of an emotional breaking point. Lucy is right, there is no mystery here. Her mother had died and she was working on cleaning out her childhood home when her husband came and told her he was leaving her. Agatha adored her home and her lovely mother so she was already in a very fragile state when she found out her husband was deserting her. I get it. I so get it.

You say: "I was thinking of killing myself."
They say: "We don't believe you."
    How do you interpret that?

She always refers to (Victoria and Elizabeth II) as Queen of England … just to annoy me. What an expert.

Lucy Worsley suffers from a speech disorder called Rhotacism which causes her to be unable to pronounce some letters properly. Despite this, she has persevered (and succeeded!) with a career that calls for much public speaking. She is wonderfully well-educated, thoughtful, and insightful. As with any other disability, it is unkind to criticize.

Many with the accent do it would appear.
Mel Bs on You Tube criticising Kevin Bridges’ Glasgow burr in his pronunciation of ‘Purr’ when she arrogantly corrects him by saying ‘Pehhh.’ 😀
      Yours Aye.
