Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
How about a small, crossbody bag just for a phone and money, when you don't want a regular bag. Love your videos!
There are some videos out there, but yes I would.love to see one by Sherril
@@ursulagreen8374 I've seen them all, and they are just lacking something. Hoping not to have to Frankenstein one.
@@anitagreen7425 yeah, haha I love watching these videos cause she teaches for people like myself who's at this speed. I've been sewing a little bit for years, but took a whole 360° turn 2 years ago. Decided to learn how to quilt, to keep me from gaining weight with all the lockdowns. It worked. But I'm still trying to master skills and learn what all the different feet are for. Its fun.
I've even took her advice on the cardboard to organize fabric. I have way more than I thought.
Yeah, I made one myself especially for the nicer weather....it works, but yeah something is missing 🤷🏾♀️
So many great ideas! I especially like the whistle on the wrist band. Would make a great gift for those who like to go for solo walks, especially seniors.
Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
Interesting way of doing it, thanks for the demonstration.
Hi Cutflower. Thanks for watching💗and happy sewing😍
Hi Sherrill, What a good idea to have a whistle attached to the wristlet. 👏 I really like the wristlet. Thank you for sharing this handy little wristlet, for me it’s the perfect size and so light weight it doesn’t hurt my wrist. Thanks again and have a lovely weekend. 🥰 Chris-Raleigh NC
P.S. Also thanks for the tutorial on making linings for baskets, too.
You are so welcome. I'm glad the tutorials are helpful to you. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
Thank you for the tutorial! I'll be attempting it tomorrow!! ❤❤
Hi Annie. Thanks for watching💗 and happy sewing😍
Hi Sherrill, This bag would have been perfect for my nightclub dancing days to carry to the dancefloor. And with some of the losers we met the whistle would have been perfect too.🤣😂
LOL - 💗 Thanks for watching, and happy sewing.😍
Very nice. I am going to make some of these. Thanks, great tutorial.
Hi Janet. Glad you liked the zipper pouch with wristlet tutorial. Thanks for watching💗and happy sewing😍

Thank you. You did a really good demonstration-I enjoyed watching. I haven’t tried a bag with a wristlet but I’m going
to now.

Love your video, must make some of you cute little pouches they are so pretty thank you.....
Glad you like them! Thanks for watching, and happy sewing.😍
Oh, Sheryl....this is another fantastic make. I believe this is the easiest Zipper pouch I've seen for a beginner out of all the ones that I've viewed on CZcams. Thank you so much for sharing. Also, do you have the pattern number for the blouse that has the "continued" sleeve?
Hi Devoria. Here is the link to the blouse information:

It turned out really cute. I think I'm going to try it!
Have fun! Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
So cute!
Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
Cheryl you're my go-to for watching videos on how to make wonderful useful items and fun stuff.
I also have two questions
1. I received a pattern instruction for making four-sided placemats in the pattern piece is huge oval for the placements. I don't understand the instructions in the least.
2. I was making banana bags from a distributor... I can't remember who she is. I will find these and send you a picture. I can't finish them because, I'm spatially challenged. Of course I want to know your thoughts on that too. I understand as soon as I send you a picture.
Hi Linda. I need more information. I have not seen a 4 sided placemat.
Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
Yes!!!! I just brought a narrow zipper foot 😊
Thanks for watching, and happy sewing.😍
This is really cool! Thank you❤️
Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
Will try and make it. Thank you 💕
Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
I like your pouch making videos and I’m wondering if you could demonstrate how to make a pouch with tabs on the zipper. I’ve watched lots of videos on how to make zipper tabs but I feel sure that you will have a way of making them which would be easy to copy.
Hi Roberta. Thank you for the suggestion. Happy holidays. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
These are cute! What brand or thickness of the interfacing do you use?
Hi Patricia. I use Pellon medium to heavy iron on fusible interfacing. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
I enjoy watching the videos..but why sew 2 straps together for the wristlet...❤
Hi Tanya. It makes it stronger. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
Hi Cheryl. I hope this isn't a "dumb" question...can you box the corners on this bag like you did on the other ones? I like sewing the lining on the way you did this one rather than 2 separate pieces. Thanks. Love your channel & enjoy your videos. Anne
Yes. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
Does this wristlet have exposed seams on the inside?
No. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
I really like this but I am am an eye on learner. That is I don't see how exactly unless I see the entire project being made. Like, being able to see the person sewing. I get the idea from you but then I usually, most of the time have to find one just like yours but one that shows the sewing also.
Hi Lisa. I understand. Does your sewing machine have lines on the throat plate that indicate 1/4", 1/2", 5/8", 1"? If not, do this. If you need to do a 1/4" wide seam, then place a long piece of tape that is 1/4" away from your needle. Then place the raw edge of your fabric along side the tape. Then stitch your seam. This is what you do every time the instructions say to stitch a particular seam width. The more you sew the easier it will get, and it will become natural to you. Let me know if you need more help. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
Would it work with cotton??
I'm learning to sew and was gifted a ton of fat quarters to start
Hi Kat. Yes you can make this out of quilting fabric. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
Where are the measurements. Thank you
Hi User-nk8x. The measurements are listed in the Description section below your CZcams screen. Scroll down below the video screen until you see the word "more". Click on "more" and the Description section will expand out showing the measurements. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching💗 and happy sewing😍
