    Poor quality of the image and for the lousy sound - it was recorded with a Nikon D5000 - so I suggest that those who will watch to decrease the sound volume.
    The plane was an Embraer 190/195 of AZUL airlines from Brazil.
    Take-off in Navegantes Airport, State of Santa Catarina, heading Porto Alegre, State of Rio Grande do Sul,Southern of Brazil.
    Thank you.
    A qualidade da imagem não é boa e o de som é horrível - então sugiro que abaixem o volume caso forem assistir.
    Obrigado.

    "Poor quality of the image and for the lousy sound"? Video was great. Loved how the thrust of the engines are conveyed very well with the video given that you were sitting behind the engines, so you got the full thrust of them on takeoff. It's amazing to me that this crew even took off in such bad weather.

    I used to hate flying in turbulent weather but what helped me get through it is tell myself before every flight to expect turbulence . Get you mind ready for it. Since I started doing that it has helped me tremendously. Don’t get me wrong I do get scared especially in storms but I learned how to control and channel my fear. Reading a book and or watching a movie also helps as well. I was on a united flight last week from LA to Hawaii and the whole 5 hours was pretty turbulent. It was worst the last 2 hours of the flight. Just a little insight from me.

      ger man Oh I know that, but its the feeling of turbulence that scares the shit out of me. I hate being strapped in and feeling totally helpless as the Plane is shaking with turbulence, especially with the knowledge that we're over 30'000 feet in the Air. Its something I have to try and conquer. I also hate Rollercoasters and Fair Rides that go really fast or up & down constantly. hate hate them. I like to be in Control. Regarding Thunderstorms, I love them.

    • @emilylevy7832
      @emilylevy7832 Před 10 lety +1

      Turbulence scares the crap out of me too. I flew on a turboprop plane from DC to Cleveland a few years back (I think it was a Dash 8...I'm not an aircraft expert though) and the turbulence on that flight was by far the worst I have ever experienced. When you're on a plane that holds less than 80 passengers, it feels like the plane could just break at any minute. Which isn't likely, but it was nonetheless a nerve-wracking flight.

    • @atmo9923

    Though I know turbulence is common on a flight journey, it never ceases to worry me. I kinda get nervous and start thinking too much. The worst case I've encountered is while landing in Sydney. Very very bumpy approach. At times I felt like I was free falling.
    Abt your second point, I never knew it was so simple. I used to always think why they do that. And the fact that it was for safety reason made me all the more curious.

      +Atomic_Thomas it's only dangerous when you have hail formation, thunders do not affect the aircraft, nor does the wind. Turbulence it's unconfortable for the passenger so in general airlines avoid than when possible. But as I said before the problem it's more with the hail formation that can serious damage an aircraft.

      @ElBantosClips Před 8 lety +1

      That is very true according to the statistics! Yes it looks scary flying in thunderstorms such as this. But these pilots are professionals and know what they are doing. If the conditions are too dangerous to take off in, they will either postpone or cancel the flight. I myself have been in weather delays. Cars crash every single day on the streets,freeways and highways. But aviation is the most controlled and monitored method of travel, which is why it is much safer than driving. On the road, some drunk or inattentive driver can run a red light and broadside you in a heartbeat and you may not even see it coming. But what are the chances of that happening at 20,000 or 30,000 feet? I used to be afraid to fly when I was a kid. I still do get a little nervous when turbulence hits, especially if it's considerable or severe. But for the most part, I sleep on jetliners now. It's quite relaxing if it's a smooth and uneventful flight. But I'm not criticizing you or putting you down at all. Like I said, I used to be scared to death to fly. Now I can't to go on vacation every summer! I guess it's something you get used to the more you do it.

    Cumulonimbus in a Koran Chapter An-Nur (The Light), Verse 43:
    "Do you not see that Allah drives clouds? Then He brings them together, then He makes them into a mass, and you see the rain emerge from within it. And He sends down from the sky, mountains [of clouds] within which is hail, and He strikes with it whom He wills and averts it from whom He wills. The flash of its lightening almost takes away the eyesight."
