QUESTION: What's your favourite Hypercar?
Probably the Cadillac
@@Will-MakingSelfImprovementFun nice choice! It’s really fast but the braking technique is really important for that one cos it’s so easy for it to snap during heavy braking
i'll go with the porsche penske
@@samueleoccoffer6654 nice man the Porsche is really fast in LMU as well!
Love how complex these hypercars are. I play this with gamepad and it was such a blast and a challenge . They really cookin with this game right now.
They are so fun aren’t they! Especially when you do really long races where you have to plan your virtual energy etc!
i honestly love the BMW and the Ferrari. I’m strong and quick in both. But the Peugeot is fun just to mess around in. Plus it looks sick
Yeah it’s a really unique looking car, keen to see how the new one feels when it comes to LMU
Great video, i dont driver Hypercars im a GTE guy, will look at applying techniques to that class.
They will definitely help you drive the GTE class faster as they also don’t have ABS. The engine braking technique is the same just probably not as fast as a Hypercar
Very helpful, thx!
No problem enjoy!
very well explained, thank you. How many hours did you play this game ?
Thank you Marlix, I have nearly 300 Hours played currently!
These sparks are something else 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hahah permanent firework show!
So helpfull. Thnx ❤
Enjoy mate best of luck with your races!
@@alexkayracing thnx. See you on the grid 😃
@@markham6942 see you there!
Great video, only feedback i have is no need to explain the really simple and basic stuff such as ABS and what locking up is, were all sim racers here so were coming with atleast basic background knowledge, cheers!
Thanks mate, honestly though you would be surprised how many people don’t know what this stuff is 😂 have to account for everyone I guess hahah
I’m one of these idiots and my grandfather still tried to teach it to me as a retired mechanic and amateur dirt and short track oval racer 😅
@@ajberry3358 ahaha you’re not an idiot mate, hopefully this did explain it for you 👍
Please make next movie about lift and coast
Hey bro next episode is about brake bias/ brake migration
nice. Most ACC Gamers don't know hou to brake a car, because there, they only learned to "STOMP" as hard as you can.
That has nothing to do with real life. Now they have to learn how to drive a car correctly. =D
You can definitely see the difference. I’m currently reviewing the Moza R5 wheelbase and the pedals are not loadcell. In ACC I can use them okay, but in LMU I just keep locking up everywhere cos I have no resistance in the brake pedal .
@@alexkayracing exact. Because in ACC you can use a button for breaking. No pedals needed. on / off is enough.
I feel this comment in my bones. I’m an ACC guy and bought LMU today. I am watching this vid for a reason 😅
Biggest thing for me is adjusting my braking points as they are about 10m earlier on lmu than on iracing
That can also be okay, in the example exercises were those braking points I gave about the same as for you in iRacing? If so then you are fine
@@alexkayracing they are earlier than where I brake in iracing. That's what threw me off so much the first time I drove on lmu. Like for entry to le combes I brake just after the curb starts on the left in iracing
@@10mmGR yeah that’s extremely late for a braking point, I think even an alien driver wouldn’t be braking there for Le Combes. Just one of the different between the two sims I guess
@@alexkayracing lol yeah I would spin the car on entry every time in lmu trying that. Eventually my stupid self finally realized it's a different sim maybe the braking points are different. Took me about 6 more laps slowly backing up the braking point to get it right
@@10mmGR yeah there’s quite a few differences between the hypercars on LMU compared to the GTP, especially the low amount of grip you have in slow corners in LMU and the way the battery deployment works compared to iRacing.
