Happy to help.

Wow, you did a genuinely amazing job! I have a very natural, understated taste in brows and I ALWAYS think the final results on these videos are overdone. I mean, not always terribly so, they aren't what I'd call ugly by any means, but they just aren't natural and are always at least slightly overdone to what suits the client's face. I guess it's just the full brow trend we happen to be in the midst of? I think the client's generally WANT them that way, but it's just too much for my taste.
These though, these are truly beautiful! They look organic and natural, I wouldn't even know she'd had anything done to them if I'd seen her outside of this context. I would actually feel confident in having you do mine even and I've never even been able to consider microblading! Gorgeous job, you're truly a master of your craft!
wow what a nice comment! best compliment ive ever received. thank you!
Thank you for your videos too much help
Glad you like them!
Love your videos. You're so very informative and precise with your teacher.
Does all microblading clients itch after a few days?

WOW! Just, fabulous!!!🤗🥰😍
Thank you! 😊
Thank you for videos so helpful. Can I learn the your suggestion which numbing cream we need?
Love this! So great to see client reaction....with brows my attitude is 'you don't know what you got till you lose it'
and then regaining them back again.....i actually feel fine going out without makeup on with full brows now....never realized my brows were that missing element until restoration!
omgosh so true.. brows are everything. they make a huge difference for a person (male or female) I look at old pics of myself and how i used to fill them in and my brows just looked so harsh and not very natural. im obsessed with my brows now. def feel more comfortable not wearing makeup.
So true!

are you referring to microblading? if it's something you want to do I would just talk to an artist near you and see if you are a good candidate for microblading. 👍🏻
So prfessional. Where are you located. So professional. You know exactly what to do.

Thank you for your video! What pigment brand are you using please!
to be honest... I made this video so long ago I cant quit remember. lol. I use either Phi or Permablend pigments though 👍🏻
@@bossbrowsla thank you very much for your reply!
Hi, do you always work with neutral pigments? When do you use warm and cool pigments? 💗
It just depends on what I need for the client. What their eyebrow hair color is, their skin tone and what the client wants 👍🏻

I have used Tag45 or Comfort Candy by bowler esthetics. Here is a good video to go over what I use. ➡️czcams.com/video/f-QWuhXqI30/video.html
hi!! what is the cleanser your using with a numbing crème ? ❤
I usually just use green soap. I made this video a long time ago so not sure if that's what it is but safe bet is green soap on baby wipes. 👌🏻
I love all your videos. You are a great instructor I have learned so much from you. What is the type of green soap do you use?. Do you have a video on needle choice? Thanks for all your help.

Wonderful video. Just one question though. Can I go over 1 stroke twice and not come back for the second pass?
You can certainly try that and see how it works. just make sure to check the depth at the end to see if its good,
What do you mean by red and yellow strokes? Is there another video about that?
yes. It's the rainbow stroke pattern that I teach in the online microblading course. We have a few stroke patterns that we teach in the online course. Here is the link if you would like to sign up ➡️ trainlikeaboss.teachable.com

This is amazing !
I saw you only did a second pass on the Right brow , then masked both? is there a reason you didn't do a second pass for the L brow?
I did two passes on both sides. if it doesn't show it it's prob due to time issue. The video was already so long. I think it took me 2 days to edit bc of all of the footage.
okay makes sense . What are you wiping with as you go? @@bossbrowsla
Ok really prefer your method. I was taught to apply numbing cream before the predraw. As a beginner my predraw takes a while and I feel like by the time I start microblading the numbing cream has worn off.
I totally agree. Take your time and numb after once you’re ready!! 💯💯
And my teacher taught us not to apply numbing cream after the first round , it pushes out the color..she said. So we cadd numbing cream whenever we feel the need?!
Do you put anything on the brows when you’re finished? A&D? Vaseline?
I clean the brows with green soap and the numb one more time. Here are two videos that will be helpful. ➡️czcams.com/video/MYQgKlQvCb0/video.html

This video was very educational! My eye brow are thin do anyone out there has any suggestions I hate not having brows
I'm glad you liked it! come get your eyebrows done!!
Great video, thanks! When wiping away the brows you made to check on them, are you using a baby wipe or a regular tissue? I find that the pigment I use is a bit clingy to the skin and I wouldn't want to spread it all over their face if wiping away lol - Also, which cleanser do you use to clean the brows at the end? Thanks again!!
I prefer to use baby wipes when wiping the pigment. and if the skin is a little damp after wiping I will blot it with a cotton round or tissue. I like to use a cleanser called "green soap". it's a great gentle tattoo cleanser. you will need to dilute the soap with water. the bottle will tell you by how much. This means the bottle should last you a long time. here's the link to the one I get from amazon. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007W5KLAA/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B007W5KLAA&linkCode=as2&tag=agfyyzdmy6c7h-20&linkId=dfb76bd6447b099ee1c7c104bd9ab2a6

What is the best numbing cream to use

Thank you so much for helping so many of us in here!😇 Such useful information and the way you are and explain is just amazing!
I agree for the second pass not to put ink on blade as it seems so much easier but don t realy get what is the order. So, first pass then second without pigment and then 10 min mask. But after i m done with one brow i am moving to the other brow and do second pass+ 10 min mask. I can see you apply again 10 min pigment mask on both of brows at the end. So my question is: after i finish with the other brow ( snd pass + pigment mask 10 min) do i put a mask again on both of them in the same time for 10 min? Thank you X
Also there is another pigment mask after first pass which we leave it on until we finish the left brow right? So in total we have 3 pigment mask each? Thank you and sorry for so many questions☺️
you really only need to do a pigment mask for a few minutes... but it doesn't hurt to leave it on for 10 min 👌🏼
no only 2.
@@bossbrowsla thank you for taking your time to answer my questions! X
What kind of foam cleanser do you use? I love your videos, thank you so much!
at the end of the service I use Green Soap. it's a mild, tattoo cleanser. you can purchase it on amazon. I believe the foam cleanser I used in this video is Dr. NUmb foam cleanser (also available on amazon) this cleanser is great bc it has lidocaine in it as well. However, my clients say it stings a little so I stopped using it.
I’m new, 2nd pass, you don’t apply pigment to the blade? Go over the stokes from the first time? Then do another pigment mask? My shop will be opening soon! Nervous and excited
I find it easier to not put pigment on your blade for the second pass. this way you can see the stroke you're trying to go over easier. Its important that you are not creating a new stroke while going over one. after I finish my second pass I mask with pigment for 10 minutes. congrats on the shop opening. if you need help with anything let me know. I also have an online microblading training that may be helpful. trainlikeaboss.teachable.com
Hi I’m also confused about this. Really? You don’t need to put pigment in the blade, it’s actual enough to just go over the strokes with with a clear blade?? This would make my life so much easier! I wonder why the other artists tell you that you need a small amount of pigment on when you’re doing the second pass. Also is 1-3 minutes enough for the local anaesthesia? Thank you in advance for any help you can give me
You're opening a shop and don't know this?/haven't researched diverse techniques even? 😬😬😬
What kind of numbing cream do you use at the beginning?
Zensa. You can purchase from my website ➡️ bossbrowsla.com/shop/ols/products/zensa-topical-anaesthetic
What type of baby wipes do you use? I find some are too dry and dint wipe off enough
I just use the amazon brand. but I agree. Sometimes they can be a little dry so what I do is put some of the green soap on the wipes and its much better!
Do you go around her natural eyebrow hairs or do you just draw on top of them?
I'm not sure if you mean during the brow mapping or the microblading. But I just go over her natural hair. Hopefully im understanding your question. 🤷🏼♀️
How does your mapping now wipe off when you remove the numbing cream ? Mine always does!
it's all in the technique. Few tips: make sure your brow mapping lines are SUPER dense. I have a video on how I numb my clients which will also show how to carefully remove the anesthetic without completely remove your mapping. ➡️czcams.com/video/ac52491T1Fg/video.html

Can we get a hair tutorial? Lol your hair is sooo cute here!
Sure!! its actually super easy and I wear my hair like this a lot at work so it stays out of my face! 😍😉
Do you wipe the pigment with a dry cotton pad or a wet one?
I use both. I use baby wipes to remove the pigment and then wipe with a dry cotton round. That way the skin isn't wet and I can hold it taught while making my next stroke. 👌🏼
Hi I am watching one of your videos about the angle and oval needle. I had naturally thick arched brows. I was asked who arched your brows nobody they are natural. I got older tried to do it on my own ended up shaving them off and drawing them in. I know! I don't know the first thing on how to microblade. I am willing to try when I watch enough videos.
I wouldn’t microblade your own brows. Have someone else do it. It’s extremely difficult to do it yourself.
@@bossbrowsla Thank You for the reply. That's why I am looking into doing my own cannot afford microblading it will take time getting what I need to do them. Again, appreciate the response.
what are you wiping the brows with? dry tissue or wet? I tried wipe and the ink wouldn't budge so then I did a wet wipe and the outline came off :(
You have to wait to use a wet wipe until you have done your frame strokes. And I use baby wipes. U can always use a qtip and get it wet and wipe away what u need as to not destroy your outline
Would you please tell me what kind of brow pencil you used that it doesn’t get wiped off after numbing cream? I usually lost the mapping after numbing cream I’ve tried every thing but they all got wiped away, please and thank you for sharing ❤️

Do you have to go over the same strokes on the second pass? I wasn't taught to do that so I'm wondering if it's an important step that I'm missing. I was told to just do the "skeleton" for the first pass and then fill in the body for the second. But you do the skeleton and body all in one pass and then go over those strokes for the second? I hope that makes sense.
Totally makes sense. And u can do the skeleton on the first pass if that’s all u want to do. then fill in the rest of the body on the second. But I prefer to do as much as possible on my first pass and then go over all of my strokes on the second pass.
@@bossbrowsla okay cool! And thank you so much for replying to all my questions. Your videos have been so helpful.

I’ve a question in pigment please Kristie 🙁 Phi pigment. I use Golden Brown and B1 and B 2. Yes they heal grey in almost every caucasian skin. I want to add red to the B1 and 2. And yellow to the golden brown. Am I correct. Do you practice this? To avoid greying? Love your tutorials 😘
Thank you. Unfortunately I don't have any videos on pigments/color theory or color correction. Those are all things I teach in the online course though. You may be going a little too deep if its healing grey. But yes you can color correct it with orange. 💯
@@bossbrowsla thanks Kristie 😊 do you add a red to your Phi as a general practice? Or just use as it comes in the container and trust it’s a good colour as is.
Is it okay to make the strokes going away from you instead of towards you on the left brow?
Yes absolutely. I actually have a video on this. I think it comes out next week. Can’t remember. But yes, you can sit wherever is most comfortable for you. Whether it’s behind the client or next to them.
@@bossbrowsla ty ❤️so much
I don't understand for the second pass why you don't put pigment on the blade what is the use of second pass then?
I think its easier to go over the exact same stroke when there isn't pigment on the blade. In the second pass you want to get the stroke to be deeper. you want it 2x darker and deeper. Its hard to explain but maybe this video will help more ➡️czcams.com/video/qAzg96zii_Y/video.html

What is a pigment mask? Thank you.
When you cover the Microblading you just did with a mask of pigment. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and then clean in off.. the strokes will look much darker. 💯
Btw how do you clean those pigment
I have a question regarding the secondary numbing cream. Is it a different one than what you start with? And what is the reasoning for doing so? This is information that I feel I still need to learn
Thats strange that you didn't learn this in your microblading training. its important to keep your client comfortable during the entire process so there is a secondary numbing that is applied once the first anesthetic wears off. I'm glad the videos help. I also launched an online microblading training that may be helpful for some things that you feel you may have missed in your first training. im offering a 30% discount until October 1st 2020. Seems everyone has queries about the second pass ... me too! Love the no ink idea, I struggle with the ink to see what I’m doing too.
You are the first Trainer I’ve ever seen doing this technique.
You must be cutting the strokes again on the second pass to gently open the skin again for the 10 minute soak. Am I correct? 🤩
Glad it was helpful! and I would say im scratching the skin more so than "cut".... it should be a glide of the tool. and as long as I can see the pigment in my stroke I don't find it necessary to use pigment on my blade for the second pass.
@@bossbrowsla thank you for this great information 🎊
Again fir the second pass... do you scrape EVERY stroke to enable the big soak?
@@helengodlonton3745 for the most part, yes I do. Unless I feel like it’s already deep enough. Basically the strokes should all look the same size (in width) and once you’ve done your pigment mask they should be the same color. If one is much darker than its most likely deeper and vice versa.
@@bossbrowsla you’re a gem 💎
Love the mapping too. Knowledge is confidence and I never stop learning.. keeps me vital (I’m 70) 😃
I'm confused, when exactly should I use my needle?
what do you mean? Use the microblading needle? im not sure i understand your question.
Does it actually cut into the skin?
yes. The pigment should sit in the top layers of the dermis.
Why is the Fitzpatrick skin type important?
bc of skin sensitivity. Fitz 1-2 tend to bleed more.
How much does this procedure generally cost? Is it a little painful? Is this term micro blading mean tattoo ?
all great questions. I answer a lot of those questions on my website as well as list my prices. Price is tricky bc that can vary a lot; depending on location and skill. usually ranges from $150 ("cheap brows") to $1500 ("designer" brows...lol) 🌎: www.bossbrowsla.com
@@bossbrowsla hi
@@bossbrowsla hi
This is beautiful, thank you for sharing, but doesn't it hurt?
As the saying goes… “ beauty is pain” 🤣🤣 but for real… it isn’t that painful. I use a topical anesthetic to minimize discomfort. Depending on your pain tolerance, it’s not that bad. Some say it doesn’t hurt at all and others think it hurts more.
@@bossbrowsla 🙏❤️❤️
Way the the salon people they don't do this I would like to have my I prow locke very nice and thick 👍👍
It is permanent and will go after some years or not?
It's referred to as a semi permanent cosmetic tattoo bc touch ups are required due to pigment fading or getting dull. How often you will need to come in really depends on the client and their skin type. Usually my clients come in every 1-3 years for a touch up.
💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
I’m confused you said don’t put ink on blade 2nd strokes makes easier to see yet I see ink being done
yes.. i could see why that would be confusing. What i'm trying to say is that you don't have to put ink on the blade for the second pass. The second pass is meant to achieve correct/even depth. It's also super important to hit the EXACT same stroke. It can be hard to go over the exact same stroke (without creating a new one...) so it's easier to see your blade and hit the same stroke perfectly if there is no pigment on the blade. However, I may dip my tool in the pigment if i notice certain strokes didn't get enough pigment on the first pass.
Pls can I know the blade size🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I honestly can't remember if I used .16mm or .20mm on her. I did this so long ago 🤷🏼♀️
Thank you can I ask you im bignner wich size it s good for me

Microblading is pain or not ...?
minimal discomfort. We use a topical anesthetic which helps a lot!
I wish you would of done my brows. Went to someone who was suppose to be good 2 yrs ago. No mapping. The color oxidized and shape are not the greatest.. Now I am getting them lasered off. All I want is nice brows.
I'm so sorry to hear that. However you are going about it the correct way. ive had many people come to me with "semi-botched" brows and don't want to take the time (nor do they have the patience) to remove them. It really is the best route bc now you can start fresh with a clean palette. 🎨 When it gets light enough please send pics of your Briws my way so I can check them out. would love to save the day and give you your dream Boss Brows! 😍😍😍 my website 👉🏼 www.bossbrowsla.com

Tina davies, Bowler, Boss Brows, Phi, etc. I sell my favorite blades on my website. ➡️bossbrowsla.com/shop/ols/products
How do you decide whether to microblade or microshade a client's brow.....
Depends on what the client is looking for. Just ask them to come in with their brows done how they like to fill them in and it will help determine what they like. 👌🏻
Why do you use film to cover the masking 😕
For 2 reasons: so the pigments doesn't dry out (which isn't really a problem with the Phi pigments but def a problem for the permablend brand) and so that I don't get my hands dirty by accidently touching the area when im masking. 👍🏻
