Tintoy Chuo is the visionary founder behind Fusion Wayang Kulit, a pioneering fusion of traditional Malaysian shadow puppetry, or Wayang Kulit, with modern technology and contemporary storytelling.
Chuo has a deep appreciation for his country's rich cultural heritage and a passion for innovation and armed with a background in both technology and the arts, Chuo embarked on a mission to revive the ancient art form of Wayang Kulit. In 2010, Chuo established Fusion Wayang Kulit, in order to preserve the traditional craft while infusing it with a fresh, pop culture twist.
Under Chuo's leadership, Fusion Wayang Kulit has gained international recognition for its innovative approach to storytelling and multimedia performances. By incorporating digital projections, music, and animation, Chuo has reimagined Wayang Kulit for new and younger audiences, captivating spectators of all ages.
