THE LIVING HISTORY PROJECT is a digital museum archiving the stories of the many who have helped shaped Malaysia, in their own words. This non-profit initiative is a valuable public resource that is available for access anywhere and anytime. By being a free digital resource, The Living History Project stands not only as a local initiative but also as an international project that anyone can access.

Vadaketh Chacko George or better known simply as VC George is a prominent lawyer, high court judge as well as appeal court judge who left an indelible mark on Malaysia’s legal landscape. He was active at the Bar and its politics before he became a judge.
His career spanned from 1957 to December 31, 1980, during which he practiced law across various branches. When he retired at 65, he became an arbitrator for many years and is currently still a consultant. He was appointed as the Bar Council president many years ago and received Malaysian Bar’s 2017 Lifetime Achievement Award. Beyond his legal prowess, VC George is celebrated for his wit and storytelling abilities.

I was remember watching Malaysia Cups final 1978 (Selangor vs Singapore) via TV telecast and I was 11 years old at that time. Selangor first eleven, Rashid Hassan, Soh Chin Aun, Santokh Singh, Khalid Ali, Kamarudin Abdullah, Redzuan Abdullah, Yip Chee Keong, John Engketesu, Mokhtar Dahari, Ramli Junit and Abdullah Ali. Selangor won 4-2, goal by Ramli Junit (2), Soh Chin Aun and John Engketesu. One of the greatest final in the Malaysia Cups history⚽

I knew her via TV telecast during the SEA Games 1977 and I was 10 years old at that time She won 2 gold medals and silver which she was very dissapointed because most of the fans and her coach think she can go for hatrick (win 3 gold medal straight) Marina Chin, Saik Oik Kam, Gladys Chai, M Rajamani, V Angamah, Zaiton Othman, Mumtaz Jaafar (just name it a few) are the queen of athletics during the late 70s and early 80's of Malaysia sports era👍
