Great video! It was such a wonderful experience! I’m so, so fortunate! I was one of the ones who didn’t know any of you and just found out through the post in the retreat FB group. But I left feeling so a part of a group of very kind, very funny, and full of fun people! Thank you for accepting me even though I was the early riser and early to bed one! My 54:23 body doesn’t function after midnight! I think what made this so personable was that we were in a retreat house where we could come and go from room to room or the kitchen as we pleased. I don’t think the level of connections we enjoyed could have happened at a hotel. I truly enjoyed myself. I got to feel comfortable in my own skin and normal in a world I feel doesn’t always get crafty people. Your video summed it up perfectly! I love chicken salad hoagies!
You perfectly described the magic of that weekend! A beautiful experience with beautiful people. You and Erica were amazing hosts. Everyone was open to the experience - creating diamond painting and connections. I just loved every minute. Thank you! And,…my favorite hoagie is from Jersey Mike’s actually - the Stickball Special with chips smashed inside!
I used to go to 2 scrapbook retreats a year with the same 11 women. The bond we have is impossible to explain. I am so happy you were able to feel that connection. Women are truly wonderful. Yay for you!!! I truly hope I can attend the next one. I feel I have bonded with you somewhat and I would like to strengthen that bond. ❤❤❤. I’ve never had a hoagie 😭

It made my heart so happy that you had such an amazing retreat. When you find your tribe it feels like home. The fact that time was such an issue… that’s what it is for kids (B) all the time. Eye opening! Not really a hoagie person but I love a Turkey Reuben.

The first retreat I went to I didn't want to miss a thing so I slept only 4 hours per night. As you can imagine, I was completely exhausted, but ELATED, by the end of it.
Wishing one day you and I will meet and have those in-person bonding moments. 💖

This video brought back all the feels. As one of the people who found out about the event last minute and didn't know anybody, I can't express how much this meant to me, and how warm and welcoming everyone was. I think I laughed more in one weekend than I did all of last year. I can't thank you and Erica enough. FYI I tried watermelon donut yesterday, it was not good, and nothing like a turkey hero. #waterboardingyourself #brainnotbraining

Amazing video. I related to everything you said. I used to do acrylic paint pouring and I went to retreats with painting peeps and it was the most amazing time. Thank you for this video.

I’m so happy you had such a good time at the retreat! It sounded like a lot of fun and I love how inclusive you made it. I had to double check what a hoagie was because we don’t use that word here but from what I can tell they are what we would call sub sandwiches so my favourite would be a tuna and cheese melt.
Side note I finally caught up on your videos. I’ve had a really rough few weeks mentally so I fell quite far behind but I’m glad I was able to catch up because I do really love your videos. ❤
Yes, sub, hero, hoagie, they're all the same. I forget that sometimes 🙈 Please don't ever feel like you have to catch up, just come back when you're ready. You'll be able to figure out what's going on in life, pretty quickly
