- We are back to travelling with our new setup! Truck & a Vacationer Caravan. We recommence our travels by visiting the famous three sisters in the BLUE MOUNTAINS. What did we actually think?
We tackle tantrums, scary nights at a free camp and possibly regret our decision!!

Great 👌 trip through the beautiful blue mountain's, pretty spot 👍🐾. Iszuzu awesome way to travel, elenya handles her well . Little fella is a little ripper, big brothers good boy's , finn will grow out of tantrums 😂. Best dad out nick, safe travels guys 🐾👍👌🙏

Crazy how the caravan used to look huge, now it's very proportional to the Isuzu. You guys have amazing banter. I lol'd hard at the waterfall joke. Someone slept in the cold I reckon😂

You’re not wrong about Questacon. I’ve been there multiple times for school excursions and the kids get so bored so quickly. These were in grade 6, so totally understand that it is definitely not for everyone. Once is enough!!!

It’s a shame the Blue Mountains was raining and not so blue but just another reason to go back. Another reason is the Zig Zag Railway which was destroyed by fires years ago. They’ve been busy restoring the line and is so good to go on.

Isuzu units an excellent truck for Australia... I'd prefer one over a Landcruiser any day. You will lope along with ease... and never regret the decision. Be safe...

@@elnick.adventures Interestingly - my son, a miner in WA, suggested an Isuzu to me today - he reckoned for an old fella to potter about Aust, doing what old blokes do (i.e. purposely avoiding the Grey Nomads in 200 and 300 series)... an Isuzu could carry my stuff. I could avoid the frustration of being 19th in the queue at the BP servo in Kununurra!
I am not grumpy about the Grey Nomads; I dislike how some camp close and drain their washing machines on the ground... Many are miserable in the beautiful communities 'out there'. Support local, I say.

Thanks for another great ep! My wife works right round the corner from where you paid for parking in Canberra and said she would have screamed if she saw you go past. Canberra is big on paid parking - you do have to pay in the city on weekends. Safe travels, enjoy the snow that's forecast

This is so exciting watch how you navigate with such a big set-up, my first question is how did you manage a caravan park with a large set-up? Did you fit ? Do you think you will have problems in caravan parks down the track. Great set up for remote.
Good question! We haven’t struggled at all the truck is only 1 m longer than a normal Ute 👍 the size hasn’t been an issue yet 🙌
You missed Oberon and Jenolan Caves. Maybe next time ?
We have previously done Oberon it was beautiful we camped on the lake 🤠 just gives us a reason to come back.

If we are going up mountains we drive it manually but other than that it’s in auto mode 🤙🤠
Was it difficult to find a caravan park to take such a big setup and do you think this will be a issue when travelling at other places
Hey Stephen we haven’t had any trouble yet. The truck is only 1 m longer than the Ute it’s about the same length and width of a ram 🤘🤠 thanks for watching
