Webber should've been F1 world champion. But the team decided to back his German teammate. And biased it's engineering and setup towards that.

To be fair; it was partly his own fault: he ignored his manager's advice to go to Renault in the early to mid 2000's, and chose to go to Williams instead...D'oh!
