About this game:
When Isaac’s mother starts hearing the voice of God demanding a sacrifice be made to prove her faith, Isaac escapes into the basement facing droves of deranged enemies, lost brothers and sisters, his fears, and eventually his mother.
Gameplay
The Binding of Isaac is a randomly generated action RPG shooter with heavy Rogue-like elements. Following Isaac on his journey players will find bizarre treasures that change Isaac’s form giving him super human abilities and enabling him to fight off droves of mysterious creatures, discover secrets and fight his way to safety. - Hry

The first floor was like one pot play after another. Hard to take after watching that last StS upload

Everyone is going bonkers over NL ignoring Yumheart, but in the grand scheme of things, that whole run was just an appetizer. That last run was the entrée.
And that last delicious bite, left us all satisfied.

@@viclarson2968 NL forgot that Hirophant is actual garbage in this challenge since it just like Squeezy drops those spirit hearts. Balls of Steel is what you need. So pill baggie did not hurt as you think.
I do not remember the last time where I stayed on the edge of my seat watching an Isaac episode. The ultra hard really does it for me

The play in the last run was exceptional, I honestly feel like NL got robbed by the Mega Stan fight. Even taking Cambian Conception wasn't all bad, because he could have gotten an angel deal instead of the Judas' Shadow and Death's Touch deal. But hey, more Ultra Hard for us, which is great.
He didn't get robbed. You could see the shot coming in where Isaac was standing as the screen pulled up. It's his fault that shot hit him.
wait... Challenge where HP doesn't drop? Yum heart an item that gives hp... he could of picked that up and had a way to replenish hp, might've been better than tammie's head.

That first run had a quite stellar first floor. Petrified Poop + A card against humanity and Yum Heart could have carried him far.
Another thing to consider about the first run: petrified poop is actually better than swallowed penny, since your hp is so limited. Unless you take yum heart, of course

Last run had some great plays and some dirty tricks in it, but overall great play

Okay, a few mistakes were made but that hit on Mega Satan really was bullshit and I totally believe you could've won with that one extra hit.
In ultra hard you want to cheese it. So, grind and and look for libraries.
