Sir in my bullet 2 no. Guide should be fitted but that was not available in market soo he putted 4no.guide...does the chamber craked

If 4 th only available.. polish it to the required diameter in a lathe.. then insert 👍

To Change tappet valve we have to remove spindle and tappet valve guide.. change the valve alone and replace with old guide itself

Valve springs orupaadu tight aanu AVL engines il , adhu kaaranam cam vegam wear out aagunnathu , ende vandikku Pani kitti , cast iron engine de springs ittaloo ennu alojikunnu . NCR motorcycles has successfully done it but he is not sharing the secret
