Accurate timing setting for old bullet with cb point is a tedious task.. Finding the exact TDC and setting the contact poind exactly before TDC for a particular value is very difficult. Here is the making of a perfect TDC Finder tool with a dial gauge fixed.

Normally ellavarum angane aanu set cheyyunnathu. Ennittu plate thatti advance cheyyum.. pinne oru experience factor und .. Royal Enfield manual spec anusarichu 0.8mm before TDC aanu .. That means 10° before TDC..
