The Australian Shark tank investors are so much nicer and friendlier than American and British ones
The Brits are big bullies always asking for way more equity than was offered
Not really. In particular the ladies. They really go after someoneâs character as soon as they donât like them or their business.
They don't mind working with each other. But in the other one they are greedy and tend to refuse working together đ
It's the American character.
As for the Brits, I suspect the dark and mean looking Dragon's Den lear may be the root of their aggressiveness
daily Aussies are.
As someone who has glasses and needs to wear safety glasses, this is a brilliant idea.
Renegade Reaper I think it would flap around in the wind and trap a lot of dust but really do not know without trying
I just got prescription safety glasses
GodOfPlague he has provided a cheaper better solution.
Yeah I'd buy em
They need to open it up to the private market
I could see his modular lens system taking off with general use. Like... imagine being able to just have endless cheap plastic prescription sunglasses for walking out and about. This guy's a genius.
@Don C Glastic?
I know, right? I would love those for my riding mower, chainsaw, skiing, driving, even just general stuff. I looked at their website and it seems to be corporate only. Darn it.
Indeed
As someone who lost vision in one eye and had several operations due to a factory accident I really appreciate what heâs doing! A lot of people donât appreciate what they have till its gone!
I think Jenny is secretly broke and sheâs on the show for the salary.
I'll have to agree. And I'm also out.

Most underrated comment here.
Janeane goes out when she realises she can't rip off the inventor.
RandomTV exactly!
Her little innocent smile is a mask for the ruthless predator that hides underneath it.
"I would have loved it to take off year 3" no kidding but then they wouldn't need an investor.
Does anyone else Google the products to see how they are doing
All the fucking time
Sometimes yeah
Might buy me a pair of these for when I go shooting and in my work shop.
oh foooooking oath
I do on the ones where no deal was made when it's a brilliant idea/product
Honestly, Steve has got to be my favorite of the sharks. He strikes me as a very honest fellow.
I think the same. Him and Glen are trustable. And Glen is a class act since he made sure Steve wasn't left out.
Heâs honest, but also very blunt.
Reminds me of Joe from Masterchef
Pretty sure this guy just passed gas at 3:17 lmao.

@@wallahiiii5364 lmaoo you made me chock. I could already hear someone yelling that out in my head
I remember being told that I could not get custom safely prescription glasses made because my prescription was too thick. I have done a lot of industrial manufacturing jobs and always suffered with the clunky side shields and having to entirely replace glasses often. I would absolutely love to have a product like this available at work. It would make life in general better as I would wear them outside of work as well. I love the general style of safety glasses and fit.
You can also put contact lenses
Billal not at many refineries. As a Safety Supervisor I occasion had to walk job sites and verify that everyone that was on file as needing corrective lens was indeed wearing corrective lens and if they werenât they had to be reported the my director who then reported it to the site owner and that generally led to them being blacklisted from ever working on that site again. Some chemical leaks can result in horrible reactions with contacts and since safety glasses donât provide 100% seal thereâs still a serious risk there and thus many sites donât allow contacts or allow contacts only if wearing safety goggles (which most people will tell you are extremely uncomfortable).
@@robbiepatin9402 I agree with you Robbie on all chemical plants , anyone working with chemicals has to wear safety goggles. With individuals who have a sight issue they can get a special insert .
I love how Steve exists the game and comes back as soon as his mates start making offers
He's strategic. đ€đ
This guy's got a great sense of humour. "Fantastic, I didn't even have to get my fishing net out."đ
Having 3 sharks behind ur back and a great product like that is gonna go a looong way
"Hey Steve here, is a beautiful part of the world, welcome!"
I have a new found respect for Steve after this episode, every business needs a guy to be a hound over the phone, respectfully shoving the product into the ears and Hans of potential retailers.
i think he initially thought he was giving away 85%, and then realised the offer was for 30%
Me too đđđđ
really? i thought he thought he was giving away 25%
@@joesr31 2 at 25% or 3 at 30%...

This has to be one of the happiest people to have Sharks supporting him!
10:45 He has fully immigrated obviously- he's making jokes, germans don't joke.
That explains why it was pretty bad
The way he picked his words in engl..... nope. Thats 100% german, only translated. Even his tone while saying it. Lol
AUS Shark Tank :" all the money, but I want more of the company' "Can I see the other offers" "Absolutely, sure"
US Shark Tank: "All the money, but I want more of the company" "Can I see the other offer" "Well I guess you don't want me, I'm out and urge everyone else to be out on this fuck"
Dragons Den: "I'm Jenny and I'm out"
Jenny Campbell would have said "I'm out" before the guy even started talking.
Why would she have done that? She always listens to entrepreneurs first before making a decision.
It's because she's poor

Iâve never seen someone ask NOT to have 3 sharks and have just TWO
Ye bro, it's tricky now when you need money for production but when your company is worth 10mil, you only own half.
Maybe he just doesn't like sharks? Not everybody does, you know. They're expensive, dangerous and bite people. Bad enough having two.
it's also the equity
The glasses hide my eyebrows and for that reason, *Im Out*
i love this guy so much no attitude and a smile on his face just like any other sharks.if steve is impressed then there is no doubt he is aggressive
I swear on my mamas grave my man was prepared to give 20% each
lol
These Aussie sharks has the best happy smiling face while rejecting a busines investment. Wow
This solves so many problems. Inserts in safety glasses, sunglasses, ski goggles, scuba masks, etc. etc..
Inserts for these been around for years. Nothing new at all
It's like a boom for me when I need those safety glasses in chemistry lab
These are some of the nicest people I have seen on television. Both the sharks and the entrepreneur.
As an American, I approve of this message.
Steve's face when Glenn said "an agitator" was pretty agitated looking, it cracked me up 9:10
As someone with a strong prescription I really want a pair of these. It's impossible to find good safety glasses that work. Holy shit this guy is a genious
The only investments they are ever willing to make is with businesses that dont need investment and are already booming.
They are all: huh you need money? You want to expand? Why havent you just done it yet. Im out.
I do believe the show also doesnât present 60% of their presentations. (The people could also just be on their for advertisement, rather then actual business)
He's got a striking resemblance to Steven Crowder.
Now I can't look at him without thinking its crowder doing one of his skits haha

I was thinking the same thing..A German version Crowder
a smart version of crowder
I like these guys more then any other shark because they respect each other and they donât have any egoâ€ïž

Barbara from the american version might be a close runner up lol
Thank you so much for your time, this was my presentation.
Smart man taking the deal the intelligence and connections these 3 have is just too exciting!
This guys has such a nice personality!!! I really hope his company goes well đđ
This is absolutely GENIUS!
You could have one pair of the prescription film thing and 100 pairs of sunnies
Just a good positive dude. Hope his business is killing it.
He charmed them all! So happy for him.
Why haven't I heard of this? I need this at my work placeđđŸ
What a likable personality of Andy.
This is a great idea, my prescription glasses get scratched all the time and replacements come out of my pocket.
10:20 Steve has a funny body on him
lil Butts i never noticed that. maybe scoliosis đ€·đ»ââïž
Honestly never cared to notice anything about Steve's body đ
i could just watch the sharks interact with each other all day.
So what Iâve noticed in this version compared to the American version. The sharks will let the person listen to all the other offers. Thatâs pretty cool.
A business is a professional undertaking. Know what professionals do.
The ideas great, security glasses are a nightmare when you have glasses. Also the dude was a bit awkward but really wholesome
Love this idea! I use both at work as well, prescription and safety glasses one over the other is terrible and this addresses that. đđđ»
"Wanted to give girlfriend a present and to blind fold her" yeah buddy, sure you gave her a car đ
10:30 âstay focusedâ door about to hit him on his way outđ€
I really like the removable prescription lenses. We have something far more frustrating in the military and I may actually order these if they're ballistic rated
Yes they are i have them and im a professional contract shooter in Australia and safty is a pain in the arse and they are cheaper then the bolle glasses
6:33 damn man you might need few more pairs of glasses dingling on your nose cuz that question was AMAZING
hes adorable , good luck to him x
Haha i love this bloke! Taking the deal like "yeah what the hell, why not?" hahaha
He is definitely brothers with the cold curing guy!
I really love Australian sharks than any other , they r truly amazing to each other and happy whoever get deal
The puns that the announcer made at the start of the video are unrivaled
"Stay focused!" Nice pun, Andrew.
I worked in construction and have to wear prescription lenses for far and near sight, the contractors were not happy by bifocal safety glass's at there a lot more expensive than single lenses. He didn't say how much the clip ins were but they most be way cheaper than safety glass ones. Great idea and good luck to him.
Adding the prescription option is awesome! I hate wearing them over my regular glasses!
Hahaha I like that guy he reminds me of the dad from the cone heads!!
Can someone explain what the safety lens do?
Wholesome Shark Tank. Iâm moving to aus.
A gladiator battle to get a piece of the cake - great viewing.
I'm German and I automatically knew he was German even before he said his name and place of origin just because of his accent haha. German accents are just so fabulous
It's not hard I'm Australia but know a German when I hear one
Yeah I'm not even a German and I know a german when I hear oneđđđ
I am not german and i automatically know when someone is not german.
His invention is too good to pass by I myself wear glasses and I cant ever where sunglasses when im biking this would work too well
I have a pair of Bolle sunglasses with almost the exactly the same type of prescription adapter. I bought them in 1992.
Barbara would like to make an offer
Just kidding she's out

Andrew's face in the thumbnail is great đ
The German accent is always sweet

This guy is so wholesome! Love AUS Shark Tank more than USA :)
Steve gave a good offer, he also put the idea forward for a three-way split. Glen is a top bloke for not cutting him out, as it seems like Andrew wasnât too bothered about doing that.
Plus, even though he was getting a smaller percentage, his work load has been halved. This was just all round a great deal.
Yep, glen is a class act and I would not trust Andrew too much with anything...
The inventor is so chill
This has to be the best idea ive seen on Shark Tank Australia so far...
I would have LOVED these... I wonder if I can find them in my country
Everytime he say ic safety double the speed of the video.

I like this guy, seems honest. I think that's one of the reasons Andrew went with him
Basically inserts for eyepro, standard issue in the military.
That was actually pretty wholesome.
