- This is one of my favorite scenes from Guyver: The Bioboosted Armor which Guyot reveals his Zoalord form and fights Guyver-III and Masaki Murakami. I also included his reversion back to human form and his recovery.
I do not own Guyver, Guyver belongs to Yoshiki Takaya.
I am merely a fan sharing one of his favorite battles of the series and trying to raise more awareness of the series that has so much untapped potential.

The one thing this anime was missing crucially, was the gore. The older anime kept the bloodily action in tact.

on top of that the old version was actually closer to the manga. this one just add a bit more things from it and removed the other parts and replaced them with events that didn't actually happened.
Yeah it wouldve been better if they kept the gore in since it made the scenes more serious like that 1 time enzyme killed sho, it honestly shocked me to see the main character die and he was screaming in pain too while enzyme tore out his control medal out of his head

I would be down with that, as long as Netflix gets the voice actors from the 2005 series and... *AND* goes *ACCORDING* to the source material and not go the route of Voltron Legendary Defender. That series started off with great potential but stopped being Voltron from Season 4 to the very end.

I miss Steve Blum voicing Agito. His best role imo though short lived. I'd love a new series with him reprising the role

there are two actually, one staring mark hammel of all people and a second one called guyver dark hero. the first one is kind of cheesy B grade monster movie, but the second one is pretty good
this was such a good anime. it's to bad they never made anymore seasons after the 1st.
I know that is one thing that frustrates me the most of this series, I love so much! Around the time the series was starting to be being released, Guyver-I had just wrestled control of the Gigantic Guyver back from Agito to fight Cabral Kahn. Had they stopped Season-1 with the destruction of Mount Minakami, Started Season 2 with an extended X-Day and Imakarum reliving Archanfel's past then we could have possibly had 3 or 4 seasons before they caught up to the battle between Gigantic Exceed and the Dragonlord form of Kahn.

@@xfghkhjfsejid I have noticed that. Especially since it seems the creator of this series either abandoned the manga or just hit a writer's block he doesn't know how to get out of since Volume 32 was released maybe 4-6 years ago.
Guyver has so much potential, but it needs that chance to show that potential. There are those of us (myself included) who want the series to continue and rebooted Live-action movies (especially after all the superhero movies and the success of Alita) to increase the popularity. But there are fans who want the manga to be completed before any new Guyver media is made, but for that to happen the demand needs to be there to have Yoshiki Takaya return to writing it.

i actually hoping re-production....Guyot armers been blown away at first Guyver-III shooting🤔😮💨Any way this sequence be the best ep...it definitely exciting !

it did but they stopped again...now we have to wait for the next 10 years or so for them to finish.

At this point Sho couldn't transform into the Guyver due to killing his father the first Enzyme 2.

@@mojothemigo He didn't wimp out; Sho attempted to kill him, but then the 12 Zoalords got involved and attacked Sho, Agito, and Guyot at the same time, so they got interrupted. Then Archanfel showed up and took Guyot's Zoacrystal out of his skull. While Guyot (apparently) lives in the manga, as far as the anime is concerned, Archanfel "killed" him, and Guyver 3 sealed the deal by finishing him off with his pressure cannon. But until the Zoalords showed up, Sho was DEFINITELY ready to obliterate Guyot with his Mega Smasher after what he did to Murakami.
Is it just me or was sum moves da guyver was doing came frm power rangers or did power rangers copy guyver.

Well the history is the creator of guyver was asked to create a manga based on super sentai the original and Japanese version of power rangers.

Anyway, designs are beautiful, story is somewhat original, somewhat not. In that matter, I was always curious how Earth population didn't see that their were schemed, I mean, even Chronos's families and their families didn't fight for their suddenly missing and mutated spouses and none else?

The English voice acting in this is so bad. When compared to the Manga Entertainment English dubs.
I have to disagree with the Manga Entertainment dubs, only because I still remember the American Dubbed version from LA-Hero. Yes the Guyver's voices sound more metallic, but Manga Entertainment also changed the voices of Zx-Tole, Aptom, and some other Zoanoids in battle form. They also if I remember right cut songs out of the action like when Guyver-I fought Enzyme and when Guyvers I & III fought a merged Elegan & Zx-Tole.
@@juliusarchibaldiv3880 I still have the old version and Aptom when he had his little upgrade on taking other zoanoids and use them to gang a better form thing. he laugh ALOT and I sure alot of us made fun of it. because I laugh like that if I'm hyper or acting nuts. XD
