Great movie. I expected it to be great and it met and exceeded expectations in some ways. They did an excellent job at introducing Noah as the next big protagonist. He’s a very enjoyable character, and I have no reservations with him being the next main character to come after Cesar

Ha ha. Owen called Noa and Anaya and Soona the Trio. Was anyone else thinking Harry and Ron and Hermione?
P.S. My second favorite Apes movie after the 1968 original.

Just Watched it at the movie theaters and it was incredible, from the start until the end, the first scene was Caesar's cremation scene where all apes including rocket Maurice and Cornelius are seen in the movie. The ending was Great!! you can see the people who survived the simian flu virus living underground finding a solution to communicate with other people in the world who are still out there, May was the Key for the last hope. I think there's still a continuation story after kingdom of the planet of the apes. I hope there are still more movies to come!!

My question is, wasn’t Noa seen as a baby, during Ceasar's burial? So how is it set 100 years later? Or was it Noa's Father we saw, i'm confused on how many generations later, because thr math isn't mathing

It wasn't any of them, just another child, symbolizing how ceasers legacy will be remembered from now on as myths and tales.

Nope that's Cornelius from the previous trilogy. Noa is the ape protagonist in this movie that takes place 300 years after the events of War for the Planet of the Apes. Also, Noa didn't know anything about Caesar.

The baby ape was Cornelius, Caesar’s youngest and last surviving child.

This movie is more for adults. There are some dark and very scary scenes in this movie and the previous trilogy.
