great video fire cut, thank you for the tips it usually takes me 35 or more minutes to cut a dropfade with your tips i know my timing will improve and i will admit i’m one of the barbers you described i walk all around the chair i position it so the clients can watch tv and be comfortable but it’s killing my knees and lower back at the end of the day.

I never thought about instead of using the clipper with no guard and lever all the way open to make my first guideline. But to use the 1 guard all the way open in it's place, that will keep the hair darker. I'll try that this weekend!

I do that too as far as cutting all the way around the head. It's definitely faster. Now, unless I'm doing a fro, it'll take me longer.
