Contrary to popular belief I think he would be an excellent addition. A combination of technical authority and a war generals awareness. Possesing an impressive passing range. While a 6, he’s equally adept in the 8. I think this represents as a great opportunity, strike while the iron is not hot.

It's a straight up no for me. And although I was wrong on havertz is young and had been a top class player in leverkusen and there was scope for him to rediscover that form. With locatelli I'm not sure there is room for growth he's nearly 28 and I think he's as good as he's going to get. He's not exactly dynamic he's the type of player that needs legs around him and is suited for a more tactical counterartack low block team. He suits seria a or if not a team like, A Madrid. Arsenal I feel isn't the right fit for him and I don't think he's the right fit for us. We already have a player similar to him in jorginho and to be honest jorginho is a far better player so I'm kind of doing him a disservice by mentioning locatelli in the same breath. Hope this doesn't have legs. I want us to sign a younger more dynamic player like a konrad leimer or Edmilson who I thought was outstanding the other night against leverkusen in the europa league final. I would find this underwhelming to say the least.

I'd rather we extend partey's contract than sign locatelli or try to sign one of Douglas Luiz, guimaraes or onana,I want a premier league experienced player who will hit the ground running.

I agree he's a major downgrade inmo. I have seen a lot of him and it's a real stretch calling him a box to box midfielder. I don't know why people think he is a dynamic midfielder he's far from that. This guy is another amrabat I want us to be aiming a lot higher than this, I'm not talking about major money being spent there is no need to spend huge amounts. But there are so many quality midfielders out there in his price bracket that are much better players.
