I downloaded this mod from Steam Workshop and it hasn't been working. I have the engine put in my W900 and some of the interior sounds changed with the mod (parking brake sounds, etc) but the actual straight pipe sound isn't there.
why is that taking off the ats workshop could u put that in the ats website for 1.5v i havent had a chance to use it cause i need it for my 389 i work for shaffer trucking on ats all i need is that engine
For Cat motors, electronic and mechanical, 1200 rpm is the time to shift down, 1800 rpm is the time to shift up. It might be the mods sound file, but Cat 3406e engines do not sound like that. It sort of sounds like an old tractor engine.

When I got the mod my truck never sounded like how your truck sounds in the video. It still sounded like the c15 with straight pipe
But I would like to know what PC do you have what specs and how much did it cost ? I may get one; one of these days

This is the Viper 389. 379 dash is in the parts store for it :) it's way better than the vanilla 389 :)

it's conflicting with another sound mod. make sure it's high priority.
it's the only mod I have on the game so it's top priority. I disabled and re-enabled the mod and restarted the game it just hasn't been working
I got it to work. just had to reinstall the mod and go to the service place in game. I appreciate you trying to help

Martin Mcmickens I don't have it either , you have to contact the modder. This video was done a while back when the mod was available to public.

I think it pissed other drivers on there that was using it unless the modder was band and his mods got restricted or idk
