Hello there. An urgent query about this. After withdrawal of existing, when one is about to re-create/ resubmit the Express Entry profile, under the category Immigration and Citizenship Status/History of the form, it asks two questions: 1) Have you applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, Canada any time in the past? 2) Have you applied for express entry before? ... So to these questions - does the answer have to be a Yes or No? For context - I've not been lucky enough to get a successful ITA (despite a 471 score) since last 11.5 months - my profile is about to expire in about 10 days.
So do we reply : Yes I have applied to IRCC before + Yes, I have applied for Express Entry before ?? Not sure if they count submission of EE profile as an application - am really not getting any clear answer on this.
And If someone says No, then won't they count the next application as a completely fresh one and then the person loses out on all the Age of my profile as they do look at how old the profile is in the tiebreak rule.

@@ImmigrationCanada-allied But I am still working as a full-time employee and my employer is also provided me all work-related documents i.e mentioning my job roles and responsibility, NOC code, Full-time permanent, status and salary as well. Is still I will not be able to select Yes in Having a Job Offer in Canada?

Hello, I've been working with a company part-time (on a student status) for a year. As soon as I got my work permit, I started full-time, permanent job with the same company, same role. What should I select (Yes/ No) for the question- "Studying full-time while doing this job? A person must be in class at least 15 hours per week during the academic year to be considered full-time. This includes any period of training in the workplace that is part of the study program." Please guide. Thank you in advance.

i am a freelancer i am self employed and i own a Sole proprietorship, it doesn’t have a company or brand name, i only have my name in the official documents. i worked for 3 clients during 5 years, i want to know what to put in employer/company name, should i put the name of each client with all their details as separate work histories or i should put the name of my Sole proprietorship ( which is my first and last name). i am really confused and for the duration of the work should i put the date of creation of my sole propretorship ?

In activity, put self-employed; in employer, put your name. The start day should be the date you actually started the business.

Hi. I accidentally submitted my Express Entry profile with incorrect IELTS details because I just wanted to know my CRS score and my target scores for the IELTS to qualify for the Federal Skilled Workers program. I intended to withdraw it after a few minutes. Would that be counted as my first application? If I submit my final application later, will that be counted as my first official application? I already included my name in the submission. Please help me. Thank you.

Do I need also reflect my bachelors degree and high school degree?
It will not affect my score so I don’t know if I should do so and if I have to should I evaluate my bachelors degree from WES?
Or should I show my all education history once I got the ETA?
