  • Find out about Ghana's big move towards development with the upcoming WINNEBA-KASOA highway project. This new development promises to improve transportation and enhance economic growth in Ghana. Stay informed about this exciting development in our video!
Reconstruction work on the 30-kilometre Kasoa to Winneba junction road will begin January next year.
The current single-lane will be transformed into a double-lane on each side.
It involves the construction of interchanges at Budumburam, Efutu and Ekoti junctions, Sapato as well as the Winneba junction.
Extra service lanes will also be provided at all entry points to the main dualised road to assist commercial drivers pick and drop passengers.

All our major roads should be dual carriages to reduce the impact of head on collisions which are the major reasons why accidents in Ghana are mostly fatal

If Ghana had visionary leaders right now, they could have built light rail in the middle of the road at the same time. Takoradi to Accra is probably the most travelled road in Ghana.
All the heavy trucks damage the quality of the road. We need trains to do the heavy transportation. A passenger train service from Accra to Takoradi is also needed to cut down all those accidents.

No politics here. We are grateful and appreciative to whoever comes in and takes the country and it' 20:29 s progress seriously, instead of treating it and it's 30milion citizens like their personal toys, and only worrying about how they can enrich themselves and their families!! Everyone is guilty! We don't care about any party, just do the job u begged for! Full stop!! A job is a job,u get hired to do your job, then u get paid for it. Simple! Nkrumah didn't sacrifice his life(which he knew already that it was going to happen but he did it anyway,) and sacrificed his family, for this disgrace that we have been perpetrating, that we have no simple common sense and don't know how to do the right thing, except Nkrumah!! Ghana is such a a disgrace, everyone is!! Nkrumah never talked about or cared about party party party!! He begged for the job, and he did magic in only 6yrs! This man built a whole country with every amenity and houses in every region for civil servants, while it's deducted bit by bit from their pay, for them to own eventually, today, their grandchildren and great grandchildren have homes to live in! He didn't even own a car or a house for his family, becos that's not why he came to lead the country! All the roads we are still using today in Ghana were built by him, 60yrs ago, while the population has tripled, and we are stupidly worshipping cars like it's houses to sleep in! Now compare! Why should anyone applaud any party or any person for waking up and realizing that properties need to be maintained. Ghanaians, please stop this party party nonsense that no one 's life has individually changed for better by following party party, if u need to join a group so badly, create community groups to improve your own communities, it's easy, that's how all these western countries improve their communities by themselves, instead of destroying our own communities and expecting some leader to come and fix our own neighbourhoods that we don't respect! Please stop! We have the money, we can afford anything we want, and yet, we are blindly and busy talking about party! By the way, wasn't there a promise of creating jobs for you people, the youth??!! 😢😢 Good God! The shear disgrace! How we have reversed and given the country back into the hands of the same leaches and slave masters that Nkrumah saved us from!! We just love being enslaved, we can't help ourselves. We hate freedom!
