1/2 inch ginger
1/2 cup coriander leaves
8-10 curry leaves
salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander cumin powder
1/4 tsp hot spices (garam masala powder)
1 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp oil
