Bean Masala Curry Recipe Ingredients
250 Gram Fansi slant chopped (Green Beans)
2 Tbl sp Kaju (Cashew nut)
2 Tbl sp Til(Sesame)
2 Long(Clove)
1 Dalchini (Cinnamon stick )
2 Hari Elaichi (Green cardamom)
1 Tej patta (Bay leaves)
12 kali mirch (Black pepper)
3 Tbl sp Fresh Dahi(Curd)
3 Tbl sp water
2 Tbl sp oil
1 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
1 Medium Size Onion finely chopped
2 Medium Size Tomato finely chopped
1 Tsp Lasun Paste (Garlic paste)
1 Tsp Adrak paste (Ginger paste)
2 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
2 Tsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
1/2 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1 Tsp salt
3 to 4 Tbl sp water
1 Cup water
1 Tsp Deshi Ghee
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1/2 Tsp Chini (Sugar)
Serve with Roti,Paratha, Puri and also good with Pulao and Rice
