Just getting back in after 30 years. Just what I needed. Thank you.
Jasmin, I could listen to you for hours! Your knowledge is immense and your way of presenting is refreshing! Thank you for taking the time to share your insights and passion!
and she's easy to look at!
@@rjrotermund I think stunning is what you were going for there but that is entirely beside the point. She is intelligent and knows a metric-ton about pool and is sharing that with all of us while asking nothing in return. That is a beautiful thing in, and of, itself!
Thanks for all your awesome videos, Jasmin, I really appreciate the time & effort you put into them.
Perfect timing 👌. I'm struggling with my stroke consistency n was looking for drills to work on that, so thank you! Love your videos, Jasmin.
Thank you Jasmine. Always look forward to your videos.
Thank you so much for always including modifications. Those have made my practice so much less frustrating, aka I practice longer. Makes a huge difference.
I could listen to you talk all day! Love your content as always! Coincidence, I tried the no-chalk for the first time testing out a new shaft today before watching your video and you're right! What are the odds you covered this topic today.. Amazing timing!
Saw your program first time and have subscribed it too. Thanks for this very nice and informative presentation.
Your cue action is like old-school billiards. As a junior, my elders always taught me to follow-through on every shot and I do the same with Snooker as well. Its refreshing to see someone doing the same. Thank You for the awesome video.
awesome drills and congratulations on your wpba win recently. Cheers from Toronto
I love these. Clear, concise, etc. I was fortunate to watch Jeanette Lee practicing at a pool hall near my office in the early 90s. I picked up some of these drills from watching her and her coach. I love going to the local pool hall alone and working on stuff like this for an hour or so. A coach would be great, but can't afford it. Often, when I go during the day, I'll have some older geezer(s) notice what I'm doing and will offer helpful feedback on mechanics, etc. Ears open mouth shut is the way I learn no matter the subject.
I get excited watching your video..such a fun person and informative. I can run across a video 3 am and have to get up and try it! Thank you !
Great tips, I enjoy your training videos!
Tips i haven't seen anywhere else. Solid stuff, because u never know what tip you'll really relate to, and feel so comfortable with.
Thanks Jasmin!!! Great tips
I love your videos, and you explain things in a simple manner.
Thanks. That was great.
Jasmin, congratulations on being the 2023 WPBA Masters champion! The August BD article on your win was great. How you deal with a loss by turning it into a positive is a lesson to all competitors. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and humanity with us.
Good stuff. Thanks for posting.
Thanks for the cue control information...just workin' on gettin inta deadstroke.
I am guilty of this. Thank you for this video Jasmin. Can't wait to try these drills😊
Vety nice video! I love your video formats. This one is very useful and you are right, it's one of the most important parts of the game. Thanks for the drill ideas.
Can you please give me the link or info to buy the tool you used to practice? The one with the plastic transparent cue ball?
My day maker 👊 Thank you so much
Thanks Jasmine for this great video / drills. You are such a lovely person with good personality. I really learnt something out of your videos. It is a tough journey and boring to play drills but on the other hand, I do need some advice to fix my stroke too.
Hallo Jasmin.
When I took lessons the instructor had me play with no stroking. Definitely improves your game
I really like your content and appreciate the knowledge you share.
Thank you for your detailed explanation. I found everything on your channel
As always great video!
I Love the way you explain things, beautiful sense of humor❤
I appreciate your video. Much thanx!
Thanks for the help.
Thanks for your guidance
Well done! Just what the Dr ordered!
Best training video ever
Jasmin, your triceps are amazing! Seriously, I was watching this expecting to learn great lessons, but the "gun show" was an impressive bonus 😁
Awesome video can't wait to practice those drills
What a great training aid! Brilliant! I have a habit of hitting a trace of right side english because my right eye is weak and cant be corrected. So these training aids and routines are so helpful.
Thank you so much
Great stuff - thanks
Very nice tutorial and now I’m in love
Thank you Jasmin... you are right on "cue" as usual :D
I love your instruction. You teach so well and so simple. You are incredibly talented to play pool as you do and to teach as you do. Thank you so much for everything you do. I could watch, learn and listen to you all day. I never dreamed of having my pool mentor being so beautiful.
After watching your follow-through video, my mechanics improved RADICALLY. I typically use the pool table to get up from the computer, otherwise I will sit at the computer for hours on end. I go to the table, throw the balls out, and knock them down. I have been trying to teach myself position play for about a year now, and making slow improvement. It used to be, I seldom sank all fifteen balls without a miss. I could get to 13 pretty regularly, but I would leave the hard balls till last and end up chasing the last three balls around the table.
Well you know what? After concentrating on follow-through for several weeks, the other day I sunk all 15 balls THREE TIMES IN A ROW. 45 balls without a miss! I was amazed. I could never have done it without you.
So I am going to watch this video very carefully and do the drills you suggest. You are my best teacher now.
Thank you!
Awesome! This is such a "humane approach" to teaching in which the instructor teaches techniques with just the right amount of humor. As a result, students can make fun of themselves while still improving their skills. Can't wait to try these exercises.
Thank you for continuing to put out this type of content it helps seeing these type of drills from a female perspective. Congrats on your WPBA victory recently and I think Soaring Eagle could definitely be a good nickname for you. Prost!
Great stuff
Another great video.
At last simple explanations... love this channel
Thank You
Great advice! Particularly like the Super X drill and aim and shoot minus the warm up stroke; both help immensely straightening cue delivery. On the side pocket drill I've been closing my eyes on delivery. That has been a real "eye opener" on how off my contact was compared to the intended impact point.
Thank you
Great video! What was the training aid you were using? I would be interested in picking 1 up.
Wanted to follow-up on this same ask. Any updates?
Great presentation skills
Hi, Your video's are sooo good. At the 2:50 second mark on this video, can you put a link to that stroke tool that you have on the table?
I've been searching for this too...no luck
@jbpowell95 it's found at dynamic billiards.
Thank You Jasmin!...straight in pots are the hardest!
Good advice and drills . . ✅⭐️
Thank you for the video and yes I just find it so hard to keep my stork straight but like you said practice makes perfect so I will keep at it
Thank you.
Jasmine I think you're videos are absolutely incredible and I think you do a bang-up job of presenting the information!
This is a fantastic video and full of hard truths and putting the work in!

Absolutely beautiful stroke
Your teaching is very beautiful
Thank you so much for this video. I can't wait to try these drills out. What is that plastic /aiming practice thingamajigy you used at the beginning called? I would really love to buy one to practice with.
Thank you Jasmin
Hi Jasmin...thanks for help us..I follow you because you are Natural..I mean verry nice and simple person ...thanks for your tips ❤
Jasmin, thanks. Your the best! John P.
Mucas Gracias
Thanks.
Jasmin i love your videos. you are a great teacher, watching them i am learning. I have a question for you, which do you prefer to play on, a one piece slate table or three. Please keep the videos coming i need all the help i can get.
Jasmin, I LOVE your videos. So easy to listen to and so enjoyable. (Practice enjoyable? Yes - with you!) Would you do a video regarding the bridge arm's SHOULDER sometime please? I notice a lot of top players 'lock' the top of their shoulder by 'leaning into it' when on the shot. Would you explain why this is so and what the effectiveness of this is please? Thank you.
Sofrendo com o idioma e apaixonado nas técnicas e ensinamentos. Obrigado Jasmin
This video is very informative and helpful. I like the drills. I like your personality :) Now, where do I buy one of those straight shot training pad that you are using? Hehe
You make full table draws look easy. I've been playing for 20yrs and just got my table draw.
The best ❤️
Awwsome thanks
good video!
Great video! Where can I find that stroke training mat?
Where can I get the template you used in the video?
Where can I get what you used on the video
Easy to do self.
Would love to see a break video popping the cueball for 8/10 ball
@@traviswilson4752Dr Dave has a slow mo version of SVB doing a pop break.
@@hanspwcan you please explain how would you make it yourself. I guess I can make the base template, with a simple drawing. But how would you make the popping back Mechanisms.
Thank you for these exercises. One thing that has really helped me (because i tend to put right spin on the cue ball) is pausing on my back stroke.
I've been trying to get unintentional right side out of my stroke for months now and it's still proving tricky despite improvement. Pausing has definitely helped but I still miss my cue tip when playing down the spots more than half the time (improvement from all the time 😂👍🏾)
@@casmartin790Jeeeeez me too! I’m trying to figure out why i’m doing it. it’s always right! i’m striking across the cue ball.. killer to my confidence
Thank
thanks for the great video. any chance you could post an actual practice session?
Jasmine thank you 🙏 so much for the Advice.on the Side rail shot it’s so improved my performance and potting hope you can do the same for me when playing a long shot when you have to cut the Ball as this costs me so many times in a match I tend to over cut for some reason ?? Love your Content Thanks so much your a Star ⭐️
Fun, entertaining and informative
Your tips are really valuable, Kindly create a video for cue action and grip. That video should cover both games pool and snooker.
it's refreshing hearing a Pro mention practicing with no chalk. I've been doing that for a few years now and even go as far as to fully play for around a week with no chalk.
Really good video and drills. I find the more I work REGULARLY on my stroke - the more I win. Amazing how that works huh. LOL. The Might X, if you are performing it right, is a tough drill. Absolutely no movement after the cue hits the target ball, shot after shot, is not easy, and the Mighty X drawing back into the corner is brutal tough for me.
The drill where you get down on the shot and don't do any fine tuning strokes is one I have used for years and also one that Max Eberle (I think that is his last name) promotes. It identifies alignment issues and stroke issues really fast. The stroke drill, by the rail, is one that I was taught years ago and damn near had a nervous breakdown when in Makati, Manila and Efren Reyes is watching me perform it for about an hour. Doesn't say a word to me, just watches. I almost lost my mind.
Jasmin, you’re a great teacher! I just found you on CZcams, I had no idea you had a channel. I met you years ago here in south Florida (2012 I believe) at the Hard Rock for a WPBA event. You’re just as beautiful, sweet and real in person as you are on TV. I’m always trying to up my game, so I’ll be watching all of your videos and try to soak up all the knowledge I can from you!
Can I ask, what brand of cue do you play with? I’m always curious what the pros play with. Thank you, Jasmin! Your #1 fan. ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for the great videos! Where can I get the stroke training gadget you use in first exercise?
I didn't know who this was when I clicked on the vid. Half of the cutest couple in billiards! Subscribed.
Thankyou Jasmin for your training videos. I watch most of your games on CZcams as well.
Apart from pool however, I think you should be a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model. Not only are you an outstanding pool player but, the most beautiful player I've seen.
