Similar unit, brand new out of the box. My digital display cuts off/goes dark before reaching melt temp, on/off button remains illuminated.
I'm not sure what problem you're having, but it's clear that the display is damaged, or it's loose and it's making poor contact

What is the cause of the problem when I turn on I set the temperature to 1100cc when it reaches 700cc and the temperature drops gradually
