Man works 16 HOUR SHIFTS! So, We did the NEIGHBORLY thing NOBODY ELSE Would!

- #cjmowing Ms. Wanda helped us get in contact with the homeowner, Jimmy, who was working a 16 hour shift at the hospital. We asked if he would mind if we mowed his lawn for free. At the time, Jimmy turned down our offer stating that he would pay but if we did it free he would pass for now. That was at the begining of November 2023.
Fast forward 3 months and we're now halfway through February 2024. We were in the area and noticed his car was in the driveway. We stopped to ask in person if he would now be interested in a free lawn mowing as the lawn still looked similar to what we seen back in November 2023.

@@shelleyharris4176 they absolutely do bite! They don't actually break the skin, but they really do bite/pinch leaving a substance called hemolymph, a blood like substance on the humans skin, which in some cases may cause an allergic reaction.

Those cobbler pegs are annoying aren't they. The only way I know to get rid of them is to pull them out before they go to seed. I don't use poison in my yard. The bite you got at the fence was probably a horse fly, they are painful at first. I couldn't believe how easy the edging was, normally it's a lot of work. I bet this gent was amazed at the work you did and really appreciated it. Got a lot of respect for you both, you're hard workers. Looked great when you finished.

Vines and vegetation growing on the brick and block can cause the mortar to fail from having the moisture sucked out of it. I’m thinking the house just breathed a big sigh of relieved. Never expected to you up on the roof will a blower but it shows how you make an awesome makeover. I’m thinking the homeowner is doubly grateful he didn’t turn you away a second time.
