Love it. I've danced for my peace of mind in my living room or on the sand bar since I was a teen.... I've always called it a moving meditation, then in 2000 my friend returned from New York and was now a 5 Rhythms (flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical, stillness), teacher, from Gabriel Roth's body of work.... I was blown away, this is what I had practised since the 80's. Once in a class, GR said, the moment your feet stop moving, your in your head. Yep! I found free heel skiing another practise I could use to meditate, the moment I was in my head, I would wobble...
TC, I'm so grateful for your work, always on point... and finally I am hearing and learning to language what I have been through...and how I have shown up in the world. I use 'I am' statements, only for the characteristics I want to carry into my future. :O) Thank you
ps... I've been social media free for 2.5 years... and that in itself has given me a life-changing epiphany.... 'you have to be in my life to earn my incredible stories'. thank you again
pss... lol... I'll dance anywhere actually... at work (urgent care), at the grocery store... you name it... lol

When either of you repeat something again, you never know how the timing hits someone for the 1ST time. I'm certain Teri had podcasts earlier than I found her that were repeated, yet I just happened upon a 'new' podcast. Hence, I've now been listening for about a month now. 🤗💕👏😊
