Got these for $18.29 at burlington and they feel like quality shoes, i am so happy with my purchase they look great

Just got these at Burlington for 26 dollars the exact same color way. For a shoot around shoe these are great if you want a beater shoe as the rubber is durable if you don’t slip and slide in these as if you were indoors, they fit true to size and the break in process as everyone says about it is absolutely horrible. There will be pinching involved on the top of the foot since this has no tongue, but my remedy is ankle socks, not crew top as they are more cushioned. The cushioning is actually good and I was worried about how thin it was in the forefoot but it is supplemental, the boost in the heel is mushy and just right for impact protection. Once broken in these are a real treat to play in and feel otherworldly as they are the closest thing to a sock like upper

i honestly thought these shoes were knockoffs or something but after watching this, im convinced its not
just got these today. Apart from it being hard to put on, the area thats supposed to be the tounge of the shoe really hurts the corresponding area of my foot. I dont think shoe size is the issue, will it get better if i wear it more or are these just that unconfortable?
I personally think the sock liner opening was a bad idea to begin with because it's difficult to get your feet in. Imagine if you're in a hurry.

What size did you get? You have to use the rear pull tab and jam your feet in there because it's a one piece design. It's not the easiest to get in and out of shoe.

What size are your feet? Do you own another pair of sock liner type of shoes?
@Jay_Rule I put it on like using a sock I usually wear size 10 1/2 but I went with the 11 because I have wide feet . To help with the ankle part I recommend ankle socks since it's thicker then crew socks all that and my problems where fixed I give it a 9/10 good quality for only 18 bucks would be a 10 but I'm not a fan of the look but it's cheap and will do lol
