Interesting watch Matt. Here's the million dollar question.... I had a bike fit with you on my road bike over a year ago and you swapped out the clip on TT bars and got me in a good position that's been a massive improvement in terms of comfort and my times over the Ironman distance. It's got my confidence up riding on the TT bars in the tuck position and I'm now considering a specific Tri bike and weighing up the options. Just how much faster or efficient could a specific triathlon bike be over the IM distance if fitted correctly?
