  • Snake method pulled pork in a Weber kettle.
I cannot make this pulled pork recipe and method much easier than this. Using your favourite pork rub, some juice and a Weber kettle and you will have everyone licking their lips.
The most common question asked is just how, how do I make pulled pork on a Weber kettle. Hence why I like to run you through every step in quick and informative videos. This in turn will give you the knowledge to recreate this very recipe yourself.
The best cuts I find a pork collar, they have a great long stringy texture once finished. They are part of the boston butt and by cooking just the pork collar, you can be eating pulled pork quicker.
As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.
    As always, cheers for watching
