There were no tempo changes in the song, that might be perceived by the note spacing but really no tempo changes at all

What does it mean when he says "16"? Also what does the -0.% represent on the screen while he's playing? 10ms? 15ms? so many questions lol
The contest he's in, ECFA, has tighter timing than normal ITG, so it uses the score on the right, where he got 16 Excellents. Not sure about the percent.
The percentage represents how much score you've currently lost. Since he got a 100%, it never went down, but if you got an Excellent it would go up. Sort of an easier way to tell how you're doing if you're not going for a quad.
