That SCSI model under microsoft manufacturer doest work and I can't even update it either...wt to do bro....none of the existing models in my system couldn't be installed or updated related to imaging device drivers

I've been having this problem for a while now, already went through steps with a HP tech over the phone and can't figure it out. The USB device is all that shows under camera on skype now, sometimes it doesn't even want to turn on and i have to restart skype for it to show up again. So i don't know what to do, this can be kind of frustrating. If you could help me figure this out, i really appreciate it, thank you.
