I just keep running around the field like a madman, so that the air keeps flowing, LOL.
i'm using the Tyr antifog spray and it does a great job.
yes, it happens on very humid days that I have to reapply it on my glasses, but still, it's a very convenient solution.
Respirator masks without filters are one of the best lower face options I have found for fogging.
They seal around your nose and mouth and vent your breath down and away from the goggles.
I also had ordered a respi, but i couldnt try it out on the field yet. Can you please tell me which one/sort of respis you have, and give a little feedback? ( breathabilyty is that even a word? XD and so on.) A little REVIEW would be nice 🙂
@@cyfer6661 The one I use is a modified black 3M 6000 half respirator mask.
I have removed the valves/filters and covered the front plastic part with a few layers of black duct tape to reinforce it against BBs.
As I Completely removed the side filters and valves there is no issue with breathability, it just dry's your mouth out over time (I carry a 30mL tube of water for this).
Would also recommend putting a small piece of sponge in the bottom as the mask will fill with condensation (better your mask than your goggles).
The rubber that fits around your mouth is comfortable; It dosent cover the sides of your face which allows a normal cheek wield and keeps your face cooler but means you jaw and cheeks could be hit (teeth are covered).
The main hinderance of the mask is that is makes you sound like TF2 pyro (maybe thats a positive) so communication at a distance is harder.

I have to admit that even if this video make the promotion for their product, I have been using the anti fog unit since September and it was a game changer for me, even on December at 0°C.
I have tried the same day without the unit and 15 minutes after the begining of the game, I had too much fog in my glasses to play. Then I just plugged my anti fog unit and it was totally clear for the rest of the day.
It's a nice thing too that the new version V2 is now capable of resist to 5 joules impacts ! It was my main concern with the previous edition and you solved it.
Just need more quality in the button next, as the power diplay button on mine broke after the second utilisation only... But keep up the good work !
Shaving Cream/Foam also works for preventing Glasses, Mirrors and Windows from fogging up.
You apply it the same way you do the dish soap. Rub the Shaving Cream onto both sides of the Lenses then take a Dry rag and wipe off the excess and you're good to go. 👍👍
Or the best one, thermo lens goggles. No fog or red eyes :) I'm using wiley x spear for over 2 y, took out the sponge and add thermal lens, it never fogged up. 😅
If u rn't for milsim look ,u can get a dye face mask, the thermal lens r included.
i use Wiley X Spear dual lense goggles. they have a second layer of lense glued to the ballistic outer lense, which prevents it from fogging up in the winter. in very damp and cold environments it will still fog somewhat, but it will defog itself after walking a couple of steps and getting the tiniest bit of airflow through there. i think with an active fan system they'd be impossible to fog up at all.

pyramex i-force never failed me. it tried to fog up when it rained but it never did could fog up enough to bother gameplay. i live in a tropical environment by the way. so i-force wins for me.
I played a 3 hour airsoft game where i barely did 1 kill and survived 2 mins because of fog
Beginners like me, just don't save on eye protection, PLEASE. save on Gloves, save on Plate Carries, save on Pistols, save on Vests, save on baraclava, save on mesh masks but please never save on EYE PROTECTION. get some Eye Protection thats good and is anti fog!
Simply don't wear goggles. Wear a dye. Maximum protection and no fogging
you lose the ability of putting stuff to your cheek. Buy safety wise yeah its better

I just use goggles that have anti fog lense in them works perfectly so far. And I use anti fog wipes on my glasses, now those tent to wear off after 2 games.
Anti fog wipes have always worked best for me. They always go on super even and when applied the night before a field day I usually only need one more application that day
someone needs to make goggles with two layers of clear lenses with tiny interleaving holes
I had those, but it wasn't a good solution either ..

There can be many "magic" solutions, but it always comes to only one. Having a better stamina :) ... which cannot be cheated and can improve only by playing/training a lot. When I have started airsoft 2 years ago, my glasses fogged up constantly after the game intensified. Nowadays I don't see the fog at all. Thanks to the increase in my stamina( I am more of a "sweating" type of person). Of course, wearing minimal "sweat catching" things like balaclavas etc helps a lot and also having good natural airflow. .... But the stamina is the main factor.

All the anti-foggers are gangsta until sweat is pouring directly down your lenses.
I use Abbey anti-fog spray. Lasts about 4 hours. I bought ESS turbofan googles too but I never use it, it's just so big and I have to use it in the low setting because the draft irritates my eyes. Never done a full game with it. Too bad, because it's undestructible, a DMR from point blank does nothing to it.
My first time playing I started fogging and spent most of each game standing stationary and trying to just find a target. Usually never saw one before getting hit
How about a hydrophobic coating and holes drilled in the bottom to let the water flow out?
Or buy a paintball mask. Mine never fogs and I’m running everywhere, cold weather and being hot doesn’t even cause fogging
Think its a lot worse if you also wear normal glasses

If you dont want to fog spend the money and buy a pair of bloc tacticals.
one tip is to apply the anti fog to the outside of your goggles/glasses aswell as the inside, this prevents your breath condensing on the outside
You missed by far the best option - thermal lenses!
Does your anti fog unit work on paintball masks? If not, can you make one please?
sorry for the late answer! If you have eye/face pro which are compatible, meaning you can punch in a hole at the top, it should be fine to mount the AntiFog

The fact they recommended mesh goggles, seriously recommending losing your eyes. That’s absurd
But they didn't? They're talking about options to prevent "fogging" they even say they don't recommend them

That's literally how companies make money it's called marketing. Fogging is a problem so they made something to help with it why not sell it. They gave ways to get rid of fogging one just happens to be their product.
@@divoc1736 Thats all well and good, but i would rather they just cut to the chase and make a vid specifically about their product, rather all thease Airsoft info vids which are just a disguise for their ads....
Kinda weird take, why would they cover problems they offer no solution for? Like they actively play airsoft and make stuff that they use in games, they dont make any outlandish claims for their product they just say it exists, if you think another brand is better or cheaper just go for that

You missed the double panel goggles like Pyramex iForce, they work just great
I had my first game with those recently and they didnt fog up until like around an hour into the game . But Iam guessing thats cause we only have a Indoors arena .
